RENOVATION OF COMPOSITE LAB OF PSP DTE GROUND FLOOR CANTEEN BUILDING ADA HQ BANGALORE

Providing & fixing of 600 x 600 mm premium polished vitrified flooring tiles (light shade,) first quality of approved make (Khajaria/ H & R Johnson / Naveen)(Code kerro 7000, 7001, 7002, 6021, 6023 & equivalent) laid on the existing cement flooring, fixed using suitable adhesive (Dry construction), fixed to true line & level with / without spacer joints filled with suitable non shrink filler chemicals, incl surface preparation such as filling pot holes, cracks, crevice, etc, complete all as per sample available at ADA and OEMs specification.

Providing, fabrication and installation of Vista or Fenesta or Hunter Douglas make Roller Blinds, Translucent lighter shade fabric incl accessories. The roller blinds shall be controlled by Chain Drive. The detailed technical specification of the Translucent fabric and mechanism shall be as per OEM’s specification, after removal of existing unserviceable vertical blinds.

Providing & rendering OBD of lighter shade on wall /ceiling over a coat of wall primer of approved make, two are more coat to get even and neat finish, incl touch up putty, roller finish etc. complete all as per sample available at ADA and OEMs specification.

Providing & rendering approved shade of synthetic enamel paint 02 or more coats over a coat of Zinc Chromate metal primer on existing door shutters / window grills etc. complete all as per OEM specification and sample available at ADA.

Providing, fabricating & Installation of Full height Aluminium Partition including 01 Nos of doors. All the Vertical & Horizontal members shall be powder coated AL Sections of size 65 x 40 x 1.2 mm heavy gauge approximately 1.50mm thick forming a grid as per drawing enclosed. The partition shall be rigidly fixed to wall/ Ceiling etc for stability, the filler material shall be 05 mm thick clear glass fixed using AL snap fit clips, rubber gasket. The door shall be provided with locking arrangement, Bearings for smooth operations, handles etc complete as per samples available at ADA.

Providing & Fixing of Grid type false ceiling all as per OEM specification, hot dipped galvanized steel grid frame work, surface chemically cleaned capping pre-fabricated in baked polyester paint, main tees of size 33 x 24 x15 mm to form a grid, suspended from RCC roof using 2 mm GI rod and 6 mm nylon raw plug at every 1200 mm intervals, supply & laying mineral fibre acoustic ceiling tiles of size 600 x 600 mm x 15 mm over the formed grid. (VUNUS III pattern of regular edge) The board shall be fire rating of 60 minutes as per BG 47g/23 of 1987, light reflection above 85%, noise reduction coefficient (NRC) of 0.55 to 0.66 sound tenuation of 32 db and humidity resistance up to 95% at 50c including making Provision / opening and strengthening for light fitting, A/C diffuser and like, providing location etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and rendering servicing of existing MS collapsible gate of size approximately (2.20 x 3.00Mtr ) incl replacing own out bearing parts and any other minor fabrication work to strengthen the M S gate to ensure smooth operation.

Supply, Installation and commissioning of recess mounted 2' x 2' 36 Watts LED fitting to be fixed on ceiling by using anchor fasteners, including suitable PVC insulating copper flexible wire connection etc, complete all as per instructions of ADA and OEM standards.

Supply , Installation, commissioning & testing of 8 Module box to be accommodated with 01No of 10Amps MCB & 03Nos of 5/15A power socket outlet fixed on wall (with boxes) 5A indicator switch type, housed in table top as required by client .

Supply and Laying of 2.5Sqmm 3Core PVC Flexible copper cable. (For UPS points)

Supply, Installation, Commissioning & testing of 12 Module box to be accommodate with 01No of 10Amps MCB & 8Nos of switches fixed on wall (with boxes) & 5A indicator switch type, housed in the table/ suitable location as required by client. (For lighting control)

Installation, commissioning and testing of the cassette AC by connecting the suction and liquid pipe, laying, charges includes pressure testing, topping of gas, fixing the indoor unit, fixing the outdoor unit on the frame & glass cutting work necessary support, clamp & commissioning the units completed in all respect.

Supply of suction & discharge copper pipe 5/8" soft drawn copper for suction & 3/8" soft drawn copper for pipe for discharge to inter connect indoor & outdoor unit with 2TR Cassette type with video flex insulation.

Supply and fixing of 1" dia CPVC pipe insulating necessary accessories for drain pipe line.

Supply and laying of 2.5 Sqmm 5Core PVC flexible copper cable. (For Indoor AC to outdoor)

Supply and Laying of 4Core X 2.5 Sq mm cable from DB to indoor unit (17mtrs).

Supply and fixing MCB of 2pole 20Amps along with industrial socket plug & box charges including necessary termination of wires, testing & commissioning of circuit. (For Raw power socket)
