Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated device (GOD), triple pole mechanically operated outdoor type, mounted on and including 11 KV H.T. porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod, 25mm dia of suitaale length with operating mechanism working from ground level, vertically operated including locking arrangement for operating handle, suitable for current rating upto 200Amp, 11000 Volts working pressure all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Taking down Lightening arresters station class with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lightening arresters expulsion type transmission class complete with all fittings, station class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps, suitable for 11000 Volts all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32 x 6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushoning to cable complete all as specified.(Punned thickness shall be measured)

Supplying and laying Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and Labour for dehyderation, filtration and cleaning of transformer oil, both indoor/outdoor/ pole mounted/plinth mounted HT switch gear etc at different locations by suitable dehgydration plant testing of oil sample before and after dehydration for each transformer/equipment and results of transformer insulation oil minimum upto 45 KV with 2.5mm gap, recorded jointly by contractor and Engineer-in-Charge complete including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified/directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Oil for toping up/fresh fill shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Material and Labour for toping up transformer oil level with and including new transformer oil confiming to IS-335 including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for pole / struts foundation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair in lightning arrestor for outdoor use, non-linear resistor type, horn gap and choking coil, maximum working pressure 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with screws on HT panel boards of size 25x20 cm complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces for HT pole painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of silver aluminium paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow circuit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in reapir for pole Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI wire 4.0 mm dia, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling with bentonite, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.

Material & labour for dismantling of existing unserviceable ACSR conductors of any size/ type/capacity from existing overhead lines on HT lattice towers/steel tubular poles/PCC poles (of any height) complete including PVC spacers, PG clamps by unwinding the binding wire from insulators including disconnecting from the existing system complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size including stringing for overhead line on HT poles including aluminium binding wire 14 SWG, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly and connecting with suitable PG clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes for srl item No 2 here-in-before: (i) The ACSR conductors shall be conforming to IS-398 and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also be deemed to include for supply & fixing of aluminium binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which will not be included in the weight of conductors. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring true horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS.)

M&L for dismantling existing unserviceable GI earthing wire, guard or cradles of any size from existing HT pole, including disconnecting from the existing system complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for galvanised steel wire, 8mm dia including galvanised mild steel binding wire 1.63 mm dia or Cradles, guards fabricated with galvanised steel wire 8.0 mm dia including binding with 1.63 mm dia galvanised steel wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repair Pin/post type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia. for working pressure 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Disc type two in series, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 145 mm height, 255 mm dia. for working pressure 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair anti-climbing device, spikes-type fabricated out of MS flat 40mm x 6 mm in two parts with 14 Nos, 250mm long 12 mm dia spikes made to shape including nuts, bolts & washers and welding in two halves to suit the cross section of the pole including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying ,testing cross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable ( heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm x3 core laid in trenches/through pipe in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/walls/ceilings/ equipments etc and fixing with suitable clamps made out of aluminium strip of size 25mm x 3mm circuit indicating tags made out of GI sheet 16 gauge of size 10cm x 5cm fixed along the route of cable at a distance of 3 meter and at turning points, supplied, fixed in replacement of old unserviceable HT UG cable, laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note for Srl item No. 15 here-in-before:- (i) Necessary excavation and earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.(ii) Road cutting/floor cutting/cutting holes etc in wall required for laying /fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing site condition. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account and quoted rate for this item shall be deemed to include for the same)
