Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Rectangular FRP Induced draft, Counter flow, Four cell, Direct/Gear driven, site erected cooling Tower of Heat Rejection Capacity - 2835600 Kcal/Hr (Capable to maximum of 3024000 Kcal/Hr) based on the parameters given and complete with PVC Fill, Louvers, Drift Eliminator , TEFC Motor, Propeller Fan(04 NOs), FRP Casin , FRP Basin, Base Frame M.S & Steel Ladder, Deflector Cowl. The Cooling Tower (CTI Certified) shall confirm to technical specifications given in the tender. The maximum allowable Noise Level at a distance of 3 meter from cooling Tower shall be less than 75 db. The cooling Tower model shall be to suit site condition and provided with suitable VFD and electrical panel. Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of "c class mild steel chilled water piping with all necessary fitting like bends,tees,reducers,sockets ,Vibrations Isolaters & pipe supports etc. .Pipe shall be conforming to IS:1239 part-1 & Part -2 and IS 3589 along with required valves (like isolation, drain, float, balancing, equalizer valve etc.for both the cooling towers) Motorised Valves with all ancillary and as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of M.V. cubical type totally enclosed dust and vermin proof Main Distribution Boards having 1 Incomer MCCB and Outgoing Starters for 02 Nos of Cooling Towers suitable for use on 430 V 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply, having compartmentalized construction for different incoming/outgoing MCCBs from approved Make and separate bus bar & cable alleys, fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel of uniform width complete with copper bus bars, MV danger notice plate, Digital type ammeter with Ammeter selector switch, voltmeter with Voltmeter selector switch, LED indicating lamps, Interconnection with suitable capacity copper strips / rods, connection of incoming and outgoing cables with thimbles, smoke/Siemens grey colour stove enamelled painted and having following incoming and outgoing switchgears, 2 earth bolt, removable cable gland plate with spare suitable hole, wall/floor mounted, lockable using hollow standard LT Panel lock key complete as per site required or as approved by Engineer In-charge. Supply, Laying and fixing of one number 3.5 core x 185 sq.mm Aluminium Unarmoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade on cable tray as required.

Supply, Laying and fixing of one number 3 core x 10 sq.mm Aluminium armoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade on cable tray as required.

Supply, Laying and fixing of one number 10 core x 1.5 sq.mm Copper armoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade on cable tray as required.

Supplying and installation of 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
