Sub Head - I Active Lightening Protection System Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Advanced Lightening Protection System(ALPS) working on the Principle of (ESE) Early Streamer Emission technology by providing "PZ" Piezo Electrical type Air Terminal consist of capture head structured to generate a forced air circulation at its tip, support steel rod & transducer or piezoelectric stimulator with piezo electric ceramics & high voltage internal cable to connect the stimulator to the emitter point to apply voltage created in ceramic to emitter point having coverage radius up to 63 meter when mounted at an elevation pole height of 4.0 mtrs giving level I Protection with advancement triggering time of 45 us (micron second) & complying to NFC 17-102 etc as required. Providing and fixing Lightning Flash counter with two digit counter having lightning stroke counting range from 4KA to 150 KA(counting sensitivity 1 KA, 8/20us) in IP 65 enclosure without external power source complete with interconnection in series with down conductor path etc as required.(Make: Franklin-France/Indelec/Pro-ESE make )

Supplying and fixing of 50 mm dia B class G I Pipe of 4.0 meter length as an elevation pole ready to use assembly with threads at top to fix the existing "PZ type Air Terminal assembly unit" along with Base plate, foundation bolts, PCC foundation (1:2:4) of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.45 meter or wall mounting bracket, clamps, all fixing & grouting hardware's in case of fixing the same on mummty wall etc as reqd.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying copper tape 32 mm X 6 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required.

Fixing of copper tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run)

Fixing of copper tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick copper strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of tinned brass bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc as required.

Providing and laying 50 mm dia GI pipe, B class direct in ground / fixing on wall complete as reqd
