Cleaning the accumulated sewage water from Grit mechanism no.-01 chamber with the help of submersible sludge pump set. Complete with its all required accessories like panel, pipes, clamps, cables etc. Removing of complete settled sludge of entire tank by heavy manual labor and dump in empty land inside the STP for complete cleaning to make workable condition.

Renovation of Grit Mechanism No-01 at main inlet sump at Sec 25 STP, by dismantling the brackets, pinion, bushes, motor, gear box etc. from the site for replacement of bearings with blocks and other associated accessories.

Repairing the main crank shaft of the Grit mechanism no.-01 after the support of the bracket support and main arm adjustment with the help of gas cutting and welding and provided new G.M bushes with required machining etc for smooth vibration free movement as per site requirement.

Repairing of existing gear boxes assembly complete like its worm gear, big gear, small gears, and bearings and its seals of having the ratio of 60:1 suitable with 2 HP inductions motor for grit classifier. No-01 & 2nd no. of spare as exist at site.

Complete assembling all the above mentioned work, at site with fixing of motor, coupling and reduction gear box on existing platform. Complete alignment, testing, commissioning of the rack classifier after completion in all respect and operation on full load.

Strengthening of required pathways to reach the units from distribution chamber to rack classifier no.-01 & 02 to manual bar screen by strengthening the bottom frame with the help of 50x50x6 angles as required for complete Strengthening and fixing the same with the help of fasteners / welding machine gas cutter oxygen cylinder etc. As per direction of engineer in charge as per site requirement

Making safety arrangement by new railings and supports around inner side of pathways of rack classifier NO. -1 & 2, for safety of maintenance staff with the help of all required materials tools and tackles like welding machine, gas cutter, grinder and safety measures as per requirement of site and suitable height as existing around outer side portion of rack classifier NO. -1 & 2

Improvement / Strengthening existing all M.S. structure from inlet chamber to distribution chamber of PST’s The job includes casting, grinding, machining of housing of gears of penstock gates as per sample and site requirement including painting etc. as per direction of engineer in-charge with the help of one coat of red oxide primer and two more coats of anti corrosive paints as existing after removing the complete rust / partials of existing M.S. Items & machine by M.S. wire brush and rag mars as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of proper arrangement to clean the hoppers of PST’S no.-01 & 02. The job includes providing ¾ inch G.I. pipe from hydrant of horticulture to hoppers of PST’S no.-01 & 02 and flexible heavy duty PVC pipe both as per site requirement with required accessories like valves, nipples, clamps, bends, reducer etc. for proper connection from existing nearby hydrant of horticulture to hoppers of PST’S no.-01 & 02 as per direction of engineer in charge.

Renovation and repair of filtrate’s pump house submersible pump sets with complete its accessories after disconnection electrical connection from panel. The job includes replacement of complete rusted suction lines, chains of both pump sets and allied rusted accessories and fixing new all above with the help of welding machine, gas cutter, grinder and safety measures as per requirement of site. Rewinding & repairing of filtrate submersible pump set no.-02, 7.5 HP/ 5.5 KW and re- connection the same after completion of complete required job proper with electric panel.

Making and fabrication of triple pole arrangement for lifting and lowering of E&M equipments for chain pulley of suitable height 12ft. The job includes cutting of heavy gauge pipe line suitable for lifting the heavy weight upto 02 ton capacity and fixing allied accessories like hooks, heavy rod /shaft, nut for hanging the chain pulley to lift the heavy weight. Complete with proper balancing.
