Supply ,Loading, Transportation, insurance, Unloading, Carriage and Delivery at Site , Laying , stringing, tensioning and binding of 30 mm2 ACSR Conductor , including joints by PG clamps wherever required as per REC standard.

Cement bottoming of S T poles in 1:3:6 mix as per REC standard 0.5/0.45 cum/pole, muffing 20 cm above ground, including plaster and curing of concrete as per REC standard.

Supply and Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminium paint of standard quality.

Supply and fixing of pole Earthing by G.I pipe 40 mm dia or G.I rod 20 mm , 2.5 mtr long through GI strip as per REC Standard.

Supply and fixing of Anti-Climbing devices along with Danger Plates as per REC Standard

Supply , and fixing of GI “V’ cross-arm (75x40x40x6)mm with Pole Top Bracket including back clamps of 50X8 mm for fixing V-Cross arm and pole top bracket without making holes in the ST pole as per REC standard for single pole structure as per REC standard.

Supply and Fixing of GI channel Iron (100x50x50x6) 2725 mm Long (12Nos), GI channel Iron (75x40x40x6) 2718 mm Long (54Nos),GI channel Iron Base (75x40x40x6)425mm long (24No) , Angle Iron (50x50x6) 1524 mm Long (12No) including Back clamps of Flat Iron (50x8)mm as per REC specification.

Installation of 63KVA, 11/0.433 kV Distribution Transformer, Energy Efficiency Level-II, Aluminium Wound, oil filled, with LT cable termination box with detachable Aluminium Gland Plate (Transformer available at site)

Supply & installation testing commissioning of 11 KV 3 -phase 3 pole , 200 Amps G.O AB Switch complete with all accessories as per REC standard

Supply and installation , testing ,commissioning of 11KV 3 - phase , 200 Amps D.O Fuse set (post insulator type) confirming to ISI specification

Supply and installation, testing ,commissioning of Gapless Surge Arrestor set (Stn. type) confirming to REC specification ,having rated voltage 9 Kv Rms , with discharge current of 10 K-amps with polymer/porcelain housing, Stn type.

Supply and Fixing of LT Structure Single shackle set (Mukhi Type) as per REC standard.

Supply & fixing, testing ,commissioning of LT shackle Insulators 16KN as per REC specification.

Supply & installation of Fixing of LT fuse set with connectors , LT insulators mounted on Angle Iron 45*45*4mm frame as per REC standards.

Supplying and fixing of sub station earthing by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm, with earth pit excavation of dia 650 mm and depth 3000 mm and 4mm wall thickness and length 2.5 mtr long as per IS 1239 refilled with earth enhancement material and earth hamber made of brick masonry with RCC slab cover ,2.5 mtr long through GI Strip of 50X6 for neutral earthing and 25X3 mm for 2 transformer body earth, two no. pole earth, 1 no. LA Earth and 1 no. GO handle earth. (Note: For LA Earth 1 pipe shall be kept separate) as per REC standard.

Supply & installation ,testing , commissioning of 11 KV Pin Insulators (Polymer) with pins 5KN as per REC specifications.

Supply & laying, testing ,commissioning of 185mm² 1-core XLPE 1.1 KV grade aluminium cable FRLS type. (of reputed make )

Supply and installation of Bi-metallic Clamps of 20/12sqmm size (of reputed make )

Supply and installation of Aluminium Thimbles of 185 sqmm size (of reputed make )

Supply & fixing of GI nuts and bolts of sizes

Providing, Installation, Fabrication of Sign Board of dimensions 3' x 2', 2mm MS Sheet, 5' above the ground by Support made of Angle Iron (50x50x6)mm in PCC (1:2:4) mix.
