STEEL TUBULAR POLES: Supply and erection of Road lighting steel tubular swaged type pole conforming to IS 2713-(Part-III) 1980 Pole Designation 410 SP-12 (8 Mtr.) complete with base plate of 250mm x 250mmx 6mm (LxBxW). Drilling of 25mm dia hole at 2.74 Mtrs from the bottom for entry of wire. The pole to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of silver white aluminum paint and underground section of the pole is to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint both inner and outer side. The pole is to be erected by excavation of 4.5 feet x2 feet x2 feet pole{ pit including making foundation in cement concrete in the ration of 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone, 40mm dia nominal ). The foundation is to be continued upto 1 Mtr. feet above ground level around the pole tapered suitably in to the collar in round shape of 0.5 M dia. The exposed portion of the block is to be plastered properly and white washed. LUMINAIRES:-Supplying, installation Testing and commissioning of LED fitting 60/65 watt of Havell’s or equivalent make with all allied accessories as required complete job.

CABLE: Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 1.1 KV grade Aluminum conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed, steel armoured cable, 0.75 M below ground including digging of trench 0.35 M wide 0.75 M depth through HDPE pipe 40 mm dia (Pn8) and refilling the trench, etc as required. The job includes cost of PDPE pipe complete job.

EARTH WIRE:Supply, Laying, Connecting 6SWG G.I earth wire along with cable etc as required.

Single Pole Bracket:-Fabrication, Supplying and fixing of 40mm dia MS pipe (Medium Class) bracket for mounting LED Street light fitting on pole at appropriate place including bending to required shape at 105 degree, 2 nos 40 mm x 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting to clamps with primer and finish paint etc as required complete Job.

Flexible Nylon Pipe:-Supply/ fixing of nylon flexible pipe ½ dia for connection Box and fitting.

Connection Wire: Supply/ Drawing of PVC insulated multi strand copper wire from looping box up to luminaries with flexible / pvc conduct and clamp as required.

Cable Looping Box:-Supply and fixing of dust and weather proof gasketted 250 mm x 250 mm x 200 mm deep cable looping box (nominal) size made out of 16 SWG fitted with pole with the help of 2 Nos. MS clamp (25x3mm) thick flat strip of suitable size with nuts and bolts. Complete with hinged cover locking L-Key type Bolts, earth studs suitable for poles mounted including supply and fixing of 2x6A MCB SP, MCB carrier and 4-way 63A terminal block fixed on suitable size and suitable for receiving PVC armoured cable complete with connections and painting etc. and the box shall be fixed in cement concrete muff. .Complete job.

Wire Mesh Shield:-Fabricated, supplying & fixing of 3 mm wire mesh shield made out of angle iron & mesh. Wire for protection to 60 Watt LED fitting on pole. It should be painted with red oxide and silver white aluminum paint and proper clamped and should be detachable for maintenance of fixture. Complete job in all respect.

G.I pipes:-Providing, fixing, laying of GI pipes 50 mm dia. B-Class for road crossing etc as required complete job

S/F MCB/SP:-Supplying & Fixing of miniature circuit breaker suitable for load of following poles in the existing connection Box complete with connection & MCB Box etc. as required.
