Disconnecting, discharging the 33 kv supply opening the connection HV & LV side of 5000 KVA 33/6.6 KV ETE make transformer.
Complete opening all Radiators & drain out old oil, lifting Transformer from Plinth and loading, unloading i/c transportation of transformer up to SS-3 to work shop.
Opening the top cover of transformer, lifting & tacking out core from tank, Dismantling the stamping of core and removing all damaged R phase coil HV & LV side transformer opining of the all accessories like MOG, Bucolz Relay, OTI, WTI, HV & LV side bushing of transformer. And Dismantling the all accessories and opening the Top cover of OLTC, opening all the taping connection both side of OLTC connection plate, opening and tacking out OLTC of transformer.
Complete Servicing, overhauling and repairing of OLTC of 33/6.95 kv 5000 KVA Transformer removing and cleaning of carbon from contact from OLTC for all 17 step tapings, providing and fixing of New contact of OLTC in place of damaged and brunt contact, complete overhauling of mechanism for Proper operation of OLTC. .
Manufacturing of new HV and LV side coils using TPC copper conductor/Dual Coat SE copper conductor & applying suitable class of insulation and complete heating & processing work of coil.
Complete Reinsertion of Y Phase and B phase HV side coils and also re insulation of Y & B side coils and Appling suitable class of insulation and complete over heating & processing work of coil.
Re-fixing of HV & LV side coil in to the core, making all the connection of coils. Applying proper insulation to core, HV & LV cols, connection leads. Reassemble the core & heating the core for improving IR Value.
Fixing the core into tank, replacing of HV bushing, new gas kit packing of transformer, Re-fitting, checking, testing & oven heating and drying out process of transformer at work shop etc.
Providing & fixing of MOG.
Providing and Fixing of Bucolz Relay GOR-2 Type
Providing and Fixing of OTI & WTI Inicator.
Providing and Fixing of Surge Relay.
Providing and Fixing of New Valve of Radiator.
Providing & Filling of new fresh insulating transformer oil as required including filtration of transformer oil. (210 Ltr. Each Barrel)
Complete checking & testing of Transformer only routine test.
Loading, unloading & transportation of repaired transformer form workshop to SS-3 and installation of transformer at site.
Re-connecting HV and LV side connection of transformer and tacking IR value and complete checking,, testing and trail of 33/6.95 kv 5000 KVA transformer at site.
