M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.;conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel flat iron clamps etc in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300 mm bore SGSW/RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out liquid/solid content from manhole/sump/septic tank and sewage lines either manually or by pumping cleaning throughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Cantt Area and covering with layer of earth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm bore, bib taps of PTMT, any colour high pressure, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 90 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending of complaint by covering the following items of work :- (a) Cleaning and clearing of blocked sewage line different dia including manhole by rodding, taking out the muck, mud and other debris from inside the sewage line/manholes, removing debris to a distance exceeding 200m and not exceeding 250m and covering same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick including excavation of pit soft/loose soil for depositing substances obtained from manhole/sewage pipe line all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Cleaning and clearing of blocked IWCs and EWCs to sewage line upto 1st manholes by rodding or any other suitable method and taking out the muck, mud and other debris from WCs and sewage line cleaning with fresh water and removing debris upto a distance exceeding 200m and not exceeding 250n and covering same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (c) Cleaning and clearing of blocked chocked floor trap in kitchen and bathrooms including gully trap, the waste water line connection etc by rodding or by any other suitable method and taking out the debris to a distance exceeding 200m and not exceeding 250m and covering same with a layer of soil not less than 15cm thick complete and drain out the floors taps, gully traps waste pipe and soil pipe with fresh water etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Adequate number of worksmen shall be deployed as and when complain received for immediate execution. If any complaint not attend by the contractor within a day then a sum of Rs. 50.00 will be recovered against per complain per day from the contractor.
