REPAIR TO CHAIR CB WITHOUT ARM (FD-75M) Repair to chair CB without arm by spot welding of legs/stiffener/frame as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Length of each spot welding shall not exceed 4cm in length and 2mm in thickness)

M & L for replacement of seat of chair CB steel without arm with 2nd class hard wood well seasoned seat frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled black paint over a coat of primer including canning of seat complete as per Godrej pattern with 3mm wide white plastic cane half round and fixed with chair frame with 04 Nos screw with washers of size 75mm x 3mm all other as per drawing and taking out old seat, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of back of chair CB steel without arms with 2nd class hard wood well seasoned back frame duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled black paint over a coat of primer including canning of back complete as per Godrej pattern with 3mm wide half round white plastic cane and fixed with chair frame with 04 Nos screw with washers of size 75mmx 3mm all other as per drawing and taking out old back, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of stiffener of chair CB steel with flat iron 25mm x 3mm size, 500mm long fixed to frame by welding, complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR REVOLVING STEEL/CHAIR COMPUTER WITH ARM/ WITHOUT ARM NO -HYDRAULIC (TP) Repair of seat for chair revolving steel with arm for necessary welding frame and legs, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of seat of chair revolving steel/chair computer with arm/ w/o arms non- hydraulic with 12mm thick plywood of size 450mm x 445mm and back 510 x 430mm covering with foam cushion 50mm thick with tapestry cloth, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable handle of almirah large steel and supply and fixing new chromium plated handle, fixed with screws, all as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable legs of almirah large steel and supply and fixing new legs made out of 1mm thick mild steel black sheet and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation surfaces, all as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of damaged arms with well seasoned 1st class hard wood duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of black colour over a coat of primer all as per drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable handle of locker steel and supply and fixing new chromium plated steel handle, of 100mm size, ‘D’ type, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable hinges of locker steel and supply and fixing new mild steel hinges, 75mm size of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) M&L for replacement of charpoy GI pipe angle iron of size 25x25x5mm thick, 225mm long welded to long rail and short rail at corners of Charpoy GI Pipe drilling holes for fixing plywood with bolts and painting to angle iron pieces with two coats of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking out old angle, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L replacement of angle iron of size 25x25x5 mm thick, 850 mm long welded to long rail horizontally (one end to each long rail) at equal distance including drilling holes where ever required for fixing plywood with bolts and painting to angle iron pieces with two coats of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking out old angle, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Plywood and replacement of commercial plywood of Size 1950mm x 900mm x 12mm thick grade BWR confirming to IS 303-1975 with 4mm wide 2nd class hard wood beading all-round the plywood, fixed to charpoy frame with and including nuts, bolts and GI washers (minimum 12 Nos. per charpoy), dia of bolt not less than 8mm, complete all as specified and directed.
