Demolition/chipping of reinforcement concrete up to rebar depth by controlled hammering and drilling by mechanical means (use of specialised tools of agencies like HILTI) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate if required) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and Injecting Low viscous epoxy injection resin for crack filling in slab, beam etc, injection grouting material having Flexural strength of 40N/mm² in 7 days and Compressive strength of 45N/mm² in 1 day, by pressure and using injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, all tools and materials incls Providing, drilling and fixing Nipples of 12mm dia & 55-75mm length for pressure injection grouting of polymer cement grout or epoxy grout etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Conbextra EP10 of FOSROC or equivalent in Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE Note : - Qty's are consedered are tentetive. The same will be executed as per site requirement. Including : Application of drilling and fixing NRV steel injection packers atleast of (12mm x 100mm long) by suitable machine followed by injecting low viscosity solvent free epoxy resin grout by suitable grouting pump at a pressure @ 3-6 Kg/cm2 or as instructed by manufacturer. After 24 hours, cut the nipples and seal it with polymer-modified mortor of Renderoc SP40 & equivalent as per specifications

“M & L for Cleaning & applying rust remover in two coats over rusted reinforcement surface and providing anti corrosive ReebakleenRR coating with two component epoxy based zinc rich primer/Rust passivation Inhibitor coat at the rate of 6-8 sq. mtr/ltr not less than 50 microns dft with Nitozinc primer or equivalent to reinforcement surface as per manufacturer’s instructions including all scaffolding , machinery, tools tackles and clearing of debris. Make: Equivalent of M/s Fosroc / STP Ltd/Chemsol/Bostik/Choksey etc

M&L for applying of two component epoxy bonding agent to critical areas supplied in pre-weighed quantities for ready on-site mixing and use for bonding old concrete to new concrete/mortar having coverage 2.20 sqm/kg of approved make of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab not exc 200 mm thick to rough finished surface of concrete

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete

M&L for providing pourable, shrinkage compensated, free flowing and self-compacting superior performance micro concrete Renderoc RG65 factory design with selected cement, aggregate and other chemicals. Recommended water and coarse aggregate maximum 15% of bag to be added at site as per manufacturer instruction. Product should strictly meet the requirement of Compressive strength @28 days ~65 N/mm2 (ASTM C109)/ Flexural strength @28 days ~10 N/mm2 and Tensile adhesion strength @≥ 3.5 N/mm2 (28 days, +30 °C) (EN 1542) or as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine etc all as specified and directed. Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose)

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance as direccted from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
