M&L for dewatering of existing overhead water tank, cleaning the inside surface of the tank by scrapping down wall & bottom surface using steel wire brushes to remove all deposition/fungus, other micro-organism etc. using light hammer & wire brushes, taking out and removing sediment, loose dirt/mud sludge, vegetation and other foreign materials completely from the tank, disposal of all the waste/spoil to ouside MD land at a place as specified by local bodies and washing repeatedly the inside surface of tank with water and washing with bleach solution and cleaning with water thoroughly for tank capacity of 1.00 Lakh gallon main pump house complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cms thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floors and the like etc considering the floor slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concerete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggragete) as in floors, pavings and the like in panels including finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling the undulation of roof top/chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork for rough finish to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of pillars, post, struts, piers, columns and stanchions (square, rectangular and polygonal) rough finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frame with shutter (w/o taking off shutter from the frame) area exc 1.50 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and removal complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made steel window flush welded with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle, steel peg stay 250mm long with suitable lugs and without glazing bars dovetailed or welded complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; ladders; railings and similar work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick as approved by GE on vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 60mm thick rubber moulded reflective factory made coloured pre cast PCC interlocking paver blocks/ tiles confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 designation, as approved by GE in hardstanding , laid dry over & including 50mm thick sand cushion and filling the voids of paver blocks/tiles with dry sand complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Mehtab Tiles, Indore (MP) or Nitco, Mumbai or Mayur Tiles & Interlocking pavers, Lucknow or Star Tiles & Industries, Ramadevi, Kanpur as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and apply 2mm thick Birla/ JK wall care putty in two layers over which application of primer and then two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick walls/ concrete (ceiling) surfaces of any descriptions including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water and disposal of unserviceable materials to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface of internal walls in CM 1:4 with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply Only" under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete surface of internal walls in CM 1:3 with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid) ISI marked of make as approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying evenly tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm after cleaning the surfaces over & including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/ sqm consisting of 3/4 part bitumen of grade 85/25 and 1/4 part of kerosene oil on the top of prepared roof surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, 3mm thick spun bonded non-woven polyester reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with minimum side over lap of 100mm and end over lap of 150 mm shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Suitable embedment of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be ensured into walls/parapet walls, special care shall be taken in laying APP modified water proofing membrane in situations such as drain/ expansion joints etc.

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen sand coarse mixture 1:3 by weight (8cmx8cm) at the junction of roofing to vertical surface complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, benching, bed plates etc and the like including weathering slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty /wooden beads in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of iron/ steel of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour as approved by GE over and including a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over & including a coat of appropriate primer complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling existing deteriorated/ decayed tarfelt or any other treatment including PCC padding, loose surface and removing the debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to ‘V’ section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting and grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for dismantling and complete removal of all existing disintegrated concrete of clolumn or beams and the surface shall be cleaned with wire brush and subsequently with air/water jet, and apply 100 to 150 mm thick micro-concreting encasment over and including epoxy bond coat of epoxy bond agent of Pidilite Industries Ltd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 12 mm dia aluminium packers/nozzles along crack and honeycombed area ,including drilling holes of required diameter upto depth of half of the thickness of member at 300-500 mm C/C in staggered manner at dome and tank wall and in crack of honey comb area of water container and beam/column. the nozzles to be sealed with epoxy putty( Make :- BASF - concressive 2200 or equivalent as approved by GE ) etc and allow it to cure , then Providing injection pressure for grouting treatment to voids and honey combed area where nozzles are fixed with low viscous non shrink and high strength epoxy grout (concessive 1315 of BASF or equivalent as approved by GE) @ 200 ML in each hole through pressure gun/pump at 5 to 7 kg/cm2 pressure, cut the nipple and seal it with epoxy putty complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of cementitious & acrylic flexible waterproofing & protective coating, after laying of 1st layer, second layer of Fibre glass mesh cloth is applied when the first layer is still green and then overlap of 3rd layer of waterproofing & protective coating cement slurry by brush to entire surface of containier, cure it for 3 days etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Pidifin 2K of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE.)

S&F in repair water level indicator ( triangular in shape 20x20x20 cm) in existing OHT of height varying from 18 to 25 m with copper float of 50 mm dia, 100 mm long hollow box of 1.6 mm copper sheet fixed to steel wire rope of required length including brass pulleys with nylon bush with 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron bracket for pulleys, the indicator board shall be of 1.0 mm MS plate 200 mm wide and length 3 m fixed on angle iron frame 30 mm x 30 mm x 5 mm with angle iron stiffener. front face of board shall be painted with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer & mark level with black synthetic enamel paint, 02 coats on rear side over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement plaster on loose/unsound, weak cement concrete surface from existing external and internal surface of RCC overhead tank, sump, wall, roof , beam, columns, and RCC for an average depth of 15 mm, using with power driven chiesel and disposal of unserviceable debris to outside MD land including cutting of all edges, roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out and removing the corrosion/rust from visible reiforcement by applying rust remover liquid (Maxcure of Thermax ltd or equivalent or as approved by the GE) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rust remover will be measure and paid separately as "Supplu only".

Supply only Rust remover liquid complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Maxcure of Thermax Ldt, or equivalent as approved by the GE.)

M&L for fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting 2 mm thick fixed with coach screw and washer in steel window etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or any other means as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Item No. 1 to 44:- (i) Quoted unit rate shall deemed to be included all labours, tools, plants ,scaffolding with steel etc. as required at site for working upto height of 25 m etc. as per specification and directed by GE (ii) All necessary safety arrangement such as safety belts ,rope, helmets netting etc which are required for safety of work for exceeding height 3 m shall be mandatory and included in the quoted unit rate of contractor.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 42,000.00 to be deducted during AOC
