Complete removing existing roof treatment any type and M&L for water proofing treatment by applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS : 3384-1965 incl applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sq.m including cleaning surfaces on prepaired plaster surface providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm and of approved make, including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap, laid and pasted torching applications all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of RCC/stone patti roof surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

S&F 30 mm when Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised.

S&F in repair 18/19mm thick prelaminted partcile board, exterior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations, fixed with screws, including teak wood lipping 19x6mm thick fixed with nails in shelves, partition and pelmet boxes, cupboard shelves etc all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity exc 250& n.exc 500 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required), cleaning and removing all scales, dirts etc from tanks and from m,ouths of circulating pipes, etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:Mention the date of cleaning on water tank with synthetic enamel paint properly)
