Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour (One or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (One or more coats on old work.)

White washing with lime to give an even shade:Old work (Two or more coats)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade :Old work (two or more coats)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Letter writing and base painting of boards including cost of all materials and labours as per the instructions of Engg in charge

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
