Dismantling charges of complete hoist from the gantry girder with the help of heavy-duty labour and lifting arrangement like chain blocks & mechanical arrangement etc. with all safety provisions as the crane is hanged 15-20 ft up from the sump & on top of approximately 30 ft deep sump.
Replacement of pendant switch.
Replacement of steel wire rope for pendent cable support.
Replacement of hoist limit switches.
Replacement of mounting studs.
Replacement of Drum/Motor Oil seal housing.
Repairing of bottom hook assembly block by dismantling and removing of internal parts, replacement of bearings, making bearing sheet on the pin shaft on both side by remetling and machining work.
Repairing of Electrical panel with required material (contactor, relay & transformer) etc.
Repairing of brake assembly for main hoist.
Cleaning oil/greasing and compound.
Re-assembling and fixing charges of crane with the help of heavy-duty labour and lifting arrangement, chain pulley blocks, hydraulic lifters etc. as per site requirement with all safety provisions.
Testing of complete EOT crane on no load and on-load. As per site requirement and directions of engineer in charge.
