CONSULTANCY INCLUDING PREPARATION OF DPR FOR PROVISION OF DEFICIENT SAILORS MD ACCOMMODATION 464 DUS AT TROMBAY MUMBAI

Complete consultancy services as undermentioned for buildinds given below:- (A) Design and preparation of Architechtural drawing , structural drawings, design of services and bill of quantities for building and internal and external services for "Provn of deficient Sailors married accomodation (464 Dus) AT Trombay, Mumbai" The scope involves design of TWO highrise building consisting of sailors married accn (G+30) , with multy storey parking at stilt GF and minus 3.00 mtr level , lift Oprator room, meter room including core area ,RCC water tanks at terrace etc. with areas and capacities as given below : - (i) Total plinth area– 51,708.12sqm (ii) Pump house for water supply&fire fighting – 195sqm (iii) RCC UG sump for water supply &fire fighting – 630000litre (iv) Pump-house for STP-36.00Sqm (v) Water tank for flushing (8 Nos)-12500 Litre (vi) Water tank on roof(2nos)-10000litre (vii) Loft tank per Qtr (viii) 400cum/day STP (Note: The plinth areas and capacities of sumps mentioned above may vary slightly)

(B) The detailed scope of work involves :- SURVEY & SOIL INVESTIGATION Complete survey of the area with invert levels of the existing services(sewage, storm water drainsetc.) incl working out quantity of earth work as per survey sheet and soil investigation complete with number of bore holes as per relevant IS codes.(Grid size 5mx5m)

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND DRAWINGS:- (a) Preparation of conceptual architectural drgs three proposal with latest architectuaral views in 3D ( on latest AUTODESK software) with relevant details like plans ,elevations ,section ,layout plan etc. based on data and local architectural norms. The conceptual drgs shall be submitted in duplicate hard copies for approval of Users and director (Arch) of HQCE (Navy) Mumbai. (b) After apprval of conceptual drgs. , the preparation of Architectural drgs incl. sch of finishes , internal water supply and internal electric supply drgs incorporating required changes/ modifications, and submit the same in four copies. The working drgs shall be on A1 or A0 size as required standard scale and working details on standard scale as per requirements. The final drgs shall be got approved from Director (Arch) of HQCE (Navy) Mumbai. ( c ) After approval of structural drgs of the proj, submission of final drgs in hard copy (tracing sheets) to be submitted to this HQ duly signed by an Authorised Architect of the Consultant with CA registered number. (d) Submission of 3D colour rendered Walk through of 5mins

STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND DRAWINGS :- (a) analysis and design of the structure as per latest IS codes in design software STAAD PRO/ ETABS (member /component design may be carried out in MS Excel /SAFE etc) also. (b) Preparation of structural drgs including all details in AUTO CAD incl original prints in tracing papers A1 size and submission of 5 sets of ammonia prints /white prints and one set of drgs in soft copy copied in CD (All drgs shall be drawn to a suitable scale and shall not be printed in " fit to scale" mode. Scale shall be clearly mentioned in the drawings. The preferred scales are as follows:- (i) Main Plan 1:100/150 (ii) Details of component 1 : 25 ( iii ) Minor details/ cross sections of columns and beams etc. 1: 10. (c ) Vetting of design and drgs from IIT. (d) Submission of design folder (one set of soft copy and hard copy) containing input files of STAAD/ output of design and forces in tabular form, details of calculations, copy of MS excel pages ,one hard copy of arch and structural drgs, softcopy of all arch drgs. and structural drgs in AUTO CAD as well as soft copies of signed and certified drgs scanned in PDF format. (e) NOTES :- (i) Design shall be carried out by qualified structural engineers. (ii) All provisions in the IS codes shall be strictly adhered and forwarded. (iii) The drgs Shall be got approved from E2 Design section head before taking final prints.(iv) For wind load analysis : Wind Tunnel test to be carried out.(v) The consultant will be liable to attend the discussions and tender presentation after submission of drgs and issue required amendments drgs./ corrections as directed by the dept without any extra cost. The rates quoted here in will include the cost of any such drgs.(vi) The consultant also visit the proposed site before carrying out design if required by him without any extra cost to the dept.

E/M SERVICES (a) Complete consultancy of E/M incl. design , preparation of site plan , schematic diagram for internal water supply & Telephone / TV cable, schedules and estimates alongwith supported quotations/ price lists for the following as given below, all as specified and directed for the final approval of bldg plan.(b) Fire Detection, alarms and fire fighting systems E/M incl staircase and lift well pressurization as per NBC / fire advisory as per CFFEES recommendation (c) Ext water supply .(d) STP to OH tank (d) Consultancy for providing complete design and scheme of Sewage network and STP of 400 cum/ day capacity including providing the schemetic diagram, design of civil structure and plant & machinery proposed in the work. The scheme will comply with CEEPHO provision and NGT norms for effluent parametters. The design of STP will got vetted from IIT. Also the detailed BOQ of the work also be submitted. Notes :- The consultant required to be submit the following :-(i) submission of allied services schematic diagrams in connection with civil works i.e. pump houses, UG sump, STP and other installations (ii) Site plan marked with existing and proposed external services .

B/R SERVICES Preparation of Site plan/ drawings duly marked B/R and EM External services including schematic diagram for Internal water supply and internal electrification and providing BOQ of the services per details given by the department. PREPARATION OF DETAILED ESTIMATES Preparation of detailed estimate and item wise yard stick including taking off quantities and abstract as per MES SSR 2010 , market rates analysis including preparation of tender and submission of details to CE (Navy) Mumbai as per approved drgs for the above specified work.

(v) Conduct solar path analysis for each to achieve the best design (Shading device, Orientation etc). (vi) Conduct Solar Path Analysis for each fenestration to achieve the best design. (Shading device, Orientation etc). (vii) Perform Day light analysis to ensure optimum condition achieved as per the guidelines provided by ECBC 2007 & Griha rating system. (viii) Perform shading Analysis for window-wall ratio, Glass properties (SHGS) & providing recommendations to meet the compliance of ECBC 2007. (ix) Perform hourly calculations to show that thermal comfort conditions for conditioned as well as non-conditioned area are achieved. (x) Perform Energy Simulation to predict the energy performance of energy system in the bldg is less than the benchmarked energy performance as prescribed by GRIHA. (xi) Submit ECBC Compliance document to show that compliance of mandatory requirement of ECBC are meet. (xii) Submission of draft specifications to comply with the relevant Criteria of GRIHA for inclusion in tender documents. (xiii) Liasoning and coordinating with GRIHA team for registration of Project, uploading relevant documents, responding to queries, observation, modifications and corrections given by GRIHA team within specified time framed and reporting client with latest update. (xiv) Completion of all documentation requirement and formalities before conclusion of main bldg contract and obtaining pre-certification with 3 or above star rating. Appx Area - 51939.12 SqM incl (430000+200000) 630000 litrs Cap RCC UG sump (water supply & Fire fighting), Two nos of 10000 litrs terrace water tanks on Roof, Loft tanks (one tank per qtr) , 8 nos of service water tank of 12500 litrs cap on roof top for flushing

(B) During Construction & post occupancy) Obtaining GRIHA final rating 3 STAR for the Project. (Continue with 1(A) Phase-II : Obtaining GRIHA Pre-certification for project (i) Conducting regular site visits during entire construction period & post Occupancy to check, review & monitor implementation of relevant Criteria in accordance with GRIHA requirements & points claimed in Pre- certification documents. Minimum one visit per qtr till completion. (ii) Collect documentary evidence in the form of site photos, Videos & submit monthly report in the Check list format containing all the relevant GRIHA criteria to CE (Navy) Colaba during entire construction period & post occupancy (12 Months). (iii) Conducting review meeting with site team to ensure smooth implementation of all GRIHA requirements. Submission of review report to HQ CE (Navy) Colaba. (iv) Attend periodical site meeting with the all stake holders (User, Client, Contractor, executives of MES) to facilitate review for implementation of GRIHA rating systems. Submit report to E2(Plg) section of CE (Navy) Mumbai. Minimum one visit per qtr till completion (12 visits). (v) Coordinate & accompany all the four site in sections to be carried out by GRIHA team during different stages of construction, submit apprisals for all the visit to CE (Navy) Colaba. (vi) Coordinate & accompany post occupancy site Audit by BEE Expert, submit appraisal to CE (Navy) Colaba. Note :- The complete expenses for GRIHA team visits incl BEE experts including transportation, accommodation and food shall be borne by the consultant. The rate quoted by the consultant is deemed have inclusive of these expenses. Note: Any fees for registration, certification strictly to Govt body will be paid separately by the department.
