CA NO GE (W)/HSR-32/2026-27 REPAIRING, SERVICING AND REWINDING OF STP AND CENTRAL SEWAGE PUMPS AND MOTORS AND CLEANING OF CENTRAL SEWAGE WELLS, OXIDATION PONDS, UG SUMPS AND MISC WORKS OF CENTRAL SEWAGE SYSTEM AT HISAR MIL STN UNDER GE (W) HISAR

Taking out by raising/lowering of non clog submersible pump set of make - Kirloskar Model -NS type AC 50 C/S three phase 415V with the help of chain pully block or any suitable means from sewage sump after disconnecting electric and sewage coupling connections, opening of pump and motor for carrying out repairs /replecement of defective parts, repair to shaft, rortors, cleaning of impeller by welding, turning, netaling, grinding and volute casing inlcluding other minor repairs, clogged discharge line. Reassembling, painting the pump set and reinstallation into sewage sump connecting, testing including dewatering complete to all running parameters of following models:- Model-NS 100/32 QM, 40HP, NS 100/26 QM 30 HP Notes:- (i) Replacement of defective parts, rewinding of motor will be paid saperately under respective sch of this work. (ii) Contractor has to make own arrangement for pumping of sewage effluents from sump well as long as pump remains under repair/rewinding by fitting his own pump including other T&Petc. All T&P shall be brought by the contractor and nothing shall be issued by department. (iii) Rate shall be deemed inclusive of lifting/lowering, transporation of pump etc and other T&P required for the job. (iv) Pump shall be repaired & reinstalled with in 10 days from the date of handing over to contractor.

Description all as per item No 1.00 above but, Model-NS 50/32 QM (20 HP), NS 50/26 QT (10HP, 12.5 HP, 15 HP) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of electric motor of NS type non clog submersible sewage pump 3 Phase, 415 Volts, Cap 40 HP (Make - Kirloskar), after dismantling the stator and rotor, removing burnt windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamelled quality hermatic grade copper winding wire of proper gauge and number of turns as per the existing windings including numex paper, glass paper, thimble, glass sleevs, main lead, back doll, Varnish and drying in oven including fitments of thermostate protection relay and 3 x moisture sensors including required nut bolts (stainless steel) reassembling and air testing to ensure leak lightness of the joints complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Remaining Spares / parts if required to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under respective items.

Description all as per item No 3.00 above but 30 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 3.00 above but 12.5HP to 15 HP Make : KSB complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of following parts of existing make of the non clog submersible pump set make - Kirloskar model NS 100/32 QM (40HP), NS 100/26 QM (30 HP), NS 50/32 QM (20 HP), NS 50/26 QT (10HP/12.5HP/15 HP) complete all as specified and directed. Part 15100 - Enclosed Impeller of NS 100/32 QM 40HP.
