M & L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- GI earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately. (Note : 1. If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at no extra cost paid by Dept.)

M&L for providing plain cement concrete ,in 1:3:6 mix type C2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Supply and fix in replacement, light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 32mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed as for cable protection .

Taking down old defective ACB and Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of ACB 800A, 3 Pole with breaking capacity 50 kA for 415V 500KVA DG panel , Electrically operated draw out (EDO) type, tripping coil-100-130V AC&DC communicable type(three wire), closing coil- 100-130V AC&DC communicable type(three wire), spring charging motor-230V AC, 50Hz. The supplied ACB shall be complete in all respects and ready for use alon with cradle, cradle mounted (bus bar) fixed contacts set (6 Nos of contacts), clusters set and breaker mounted movable contacts set. The cradle top three contacts orientation shall be vertical and bottom three contacts orientation shall be horizontal. bus bars contacts orientation is vertical. ACB shall in general comply with IS/IEC 60947.

Taking down old damaged panel and Supply, installation , testing and commissioning with providing the space for 3 Nos of ACB (1 Nos X 1600 Amps (as outgoing) and 2 Nos X 800 Amp (as incoming ) for 02 Nos 500 KVA DG set with incoming cable of 400 sqmm and outgoing cable of 630 sqmm for main syncronise panel with bus bar & fabrication complete comprising of following :- (a) Bus bar: 2000A aluminium busbar with heat shrinkable sleeves bus bar supports, colour coded sleeves, bolt nuts & hardwares, main bus bar 100X10mm 1 run, Bus bar supports SMC, DMC or FRP non conductor type with fiberglass epoxy materials. (b) Wiring& hardwares: 2.5sqmm copper flexible wire to be used for CTs wiring and control wiring, 1.5 sqmm copper flexible cable truff to be used for loose cable dressing. All end connections thoroughly connected by using insulated copper lugs. DIN rail for really accessories fixing. separate neutral link and terminal block, short links are used. (c) Fabrication: Panel box 3.0mm CRCA sheet with 7032 powder coated. Powder coating must chemical process and free heated before coating like oil resting etc. powder coating thickness must 80 to 120 micron. PANEL base channel 75x40x5mm size.

M & L in Replacement/ installation , connecting & testing DG synchronise panel meters & relay DG Synchronizer Reley CD5.0 with RS485 / Ethernet comprising of the following :- i) Synchronise relay DG or equivallent-02 Nos, Make:- C&S/DELTA ii) PLC-02 Nos, MAKE:-C&S/DELTA or equivalent approved make. iii) SMPC-02 Nos, MAKE:- C&S/DELTA or equivalent approved make. iv) TNC Switches-03 Nos, MAKE:-SALZER or equivalent approved make. v) MFM meter-03 Nos, MAKE:-SECURE/L&Tor equivalent approved make. vi) ELR with CBCT 0-8A-2 Nos, MAKE:-SECURE/L&T or equivalent approved make. vii) KWH Meter counter type-02 Nos, MAKE:-SECURE/L&Tor equivalent approved make. viii) CTs 800/5 A CL-1 15VA-6 Nos, MAKE:- KALPA or equivalent approved make. ix) CTs 1600/5A CL-1 15VA, mAKE:- KALPA or equivalent approved make. x) LED indicating lamps R/Y/B-9 Nos, MAKE:- TECHNIK or equivalent approved make. xi) ILPB with NO/NC elements-6 Nos, MAKE:- TECHNIK or equivalent approved make.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of electrical HT VCB/LT VCB/LT distribution panels/cable tray/ladders etc of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade and sign writing the description as directed.

Disconnecting all connections of incoming XLPE UG cable's of any size(400 sqmm to 630 sqmm) and out going bus duct connections of existing AMF panel of DG set of capacity 500 KVA located at CAIR substation carefully and refixing all the connection using new lugs all as per site requirment complete and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Checking, servicing, caliberation and repairing the existing old syncronise AMF panels of 500 KVA DG set located at CAIR i.e Interlocking system auto switching ON/OFF, mains and DG control circuits, earth leakages in panel, cables, control wiring and all othe connected accessories, caliberation phase sequence with source of supply etc complete as per site requirements and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down of all old/damaged/burnt/unserviceable indication lamp(RYB),stickers(metal type) showing the different specification on the panels/VCBs etc, danger notice board, other different boards, digital voltmeter, ammeter etc and supply and fixing the new one of all boards/stickers and other components as described above complete all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( All the stickers, boards and other components replaced as required at site and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for each panel/VCB etc will be measured as one unit)

Supply only B check kit for 500 KVA DG set at CAIR sub station. Make of Engine: Cummins Model No KTA-19 at CAIR complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge
