Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse sand (Zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in (b) In prop.1:4

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing wood work in frames of Doors, Windows, clerestory windows and other frame, wrought framed and fixed in position with (hold fast lugs or with dash fastende shall be paid for separately). Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttress, plinth and string course, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural source : 6 graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand (Zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer- in-Charge) 0.50mm (+0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240mps steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanizes steel sheet roofing accessories 0.55mm (0.05%) total coated thickness, zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. 12.51.1 Rides plain (500-600mm)

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: Rough side (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Cement plaster skirting upto 30cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement). 18mm thick

Providing and fixing panelled or paneled for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawing and the directions of engineer-in-charge. With float glass panes of 8mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg / sqm).

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in fames etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawls plugs screws etc.

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately). Natural colour insulating board, 12mm thick.

Precast terrazzo tiles 22mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 12mm, laid in floors and landings, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polising complete, on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4. Light shade pigment using white cement.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surface free mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture. Old work (one or more coats).

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 lit/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10sqm).

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.63mm thick with Zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ sqm

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excludign the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick 20 mm nominal size stone aggegate.

Cement Concrete Pavement Road: Constructiono f embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of a lead upto 1000m. i) Private land

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per technical specification clause 303.1. i) Private land.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401. (ii) For Grading II material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screeing to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as pe technical specification clause 405.

Construction of unreinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and const. joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 grade, coarse aggregate not excedding 25mm mixing in a concrete mixe of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished.
