Regular tower to tower ground patrolling of the following 132 KV Lines including detecting defects like missing/theft members to tower, hot point puncture insulator disc, dislocation of vibration dampers/loose conductor/earth wire of following lines, patrolling shall be done Quarterly basis.

132 KV Mirachi - Kasganj LILO @ 220 KV Sikandrarao (31X4 Km)

132 KV Etah - Sikandrarao LILO @ 132 KV Nidhaulikalan (7.5X4 Km)

Submission of patrolling report on prescribed computerized performa in 4 sets after monthly patrolling duly bined Total= 2x4=8

Thermal scanning of 132 KV lines (01 times inyear) and submit reports of two sets.

Tower top patrolling of lines of faulty section to ascertain the faults like polluted insulators, defective insulators & fittings and red hot jumpers.

Lopping, chopping and cutting of trees branches in the 27meters corridor line and stacking of above cutting at proper place from the 132 KV lines.

Tightening of jumpers at tension tower of 132 KV Lines.

Replecement of damged jumpers at tension towers of 132 KV Line.

Replacement of damaged/puncture insulator string atdifferent tower location cartage of material from store to work site of the above 132 KV lines. All the manpower & T&P shall be provided by tenderes for completion of work

Suspension String of 132 KV Lines

Emergency patrolling of 132 KV lines during tripping to defect the exact fault location & type of fault.

Fabrication & fixing of tower members including cartage of steel angles from S/S store, punching holes for proper placement, tightening of nuts & bolts punching & chamfering at different tower location of above Transmission Line.

Tack welding of new nuts & bolts/Champhering

Back filling of earth across the tower foundation wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc and its transportation up to the site.

Repairing of foundation coping, wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc and its transportation up to the site

Clearing of accumulated soil around tower legs above chimney, painting of tower legs of 300 mm above chimney of each leg by black rubber seal paint of standard quality to maintain the strength of leg by restricting the rusting of legs due to accumulation of soil and water lodging during rainy season.

Cleaning and washing of Disc Insulators (Tension & Suspension String) at various towers of Various 132 KV Lines under ETD, Mainpuri. Firstly cleaning of over and inner surface of the disc insulators by dry cloth, washing by distilled water and then applying detergent powder at out and inner surface of disc insulators on tower at site so as no deposition of any chemical dirt and bird beat may remain. All materials, labour and T&P shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Attending breakdown by replacement of tension fittings at varoius locations of 132 KV lines

Carriage and loading/unloading of hardware accessories and material from 132 KV various Substations to work site

De-hoisting of conductor from tension / suspension towers with all hardware accessories including lowering the LT lines with proper safely

Replacement of damage tension fitting/dead end between towers jointing new tension fitting with help of compressor Machine .

Hoisting of conductor from towers with all hardware accessories proper safely.
