S & F in repair PUF roof panel of thickness 60 mm with 0.50 mm thick (BMT) galvalume sheet one side profile and other side plain with puff of density not less than 42 KG/Cum. Both side shall be pre-painted with approved colour. The thickness of paint coating for exterior surface (top sheet) shall be min 20 micron and bottom 7 micron of silicon modified polyester or PVDF coating as per BIS 14246 clause 4.3. The top and bottom finish surface of pre-painted galvalume sheet shall have guard film / polyethylane sheet. The tensile strength of Precoated Galvalume sheets shall be min 410 Mpa and shall have zinc aluminum alloy coating of 150 gm/Sqm both sides. The PUF core shall have fire retardand and self-extinguishing properties as per IS-12346 and shall be manufactured using CFC & HCFC fire blowing agents. All panels should have a tongue & groove profile on all joining edges with min projection 10 mm high and 30 mm wide for airtight sealing of joints. The PUF panel shall be fixed with self tapping screws over steel members or as per manufecture instruction including insulation tapes height upto 20.0 mtr from avg ground level (including scaffolding if required) for all type building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F in repair MS sag rod of 12 mm dia fixed in position with nut and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Mild steel bolts 11 to 15 mm dia of neck (machine made) with one screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm and n.exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 11 to 15 mm dia Mild steel anchor bolts with one plain end and bent to shape other end screwed fitted with one square nut and one washer of length exc 22.5 cm and not exc 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cutting holes into or through RCC for inserting hold fast/Anchor bolt of area n. exc 150 sqcm including making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix plates ( plain or chequered ) as per IS-3502 ( Base IS-10748 Gr-II ) square or rectangular cut or notched ( ordinary and counter shunk ) forming holes , without any attachment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for running welding in repair to metal thickness n.exc 6 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description not otherwise provided for at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F wind ties for roof of height upto 20.00 mtr from avg ground level made of MS flat iron conforming to Fe-290 W ( Gde E-165 ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guide for sliding doors ; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, conforming to Fe 410-W ( Gde -E-250 ) quality-A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces upto height 20.0 mtr from avg ground level (including scaffolding if required) for all type building, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets/ old aluminium snap grid in any height (including scaffolding if required) for all type building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix suspended false ceiling system using suspended ceiling grid system with the size of grid as 600mm x 600mm with powder coated GI frame work, main runner 38 x 24mm, cross tee 38 x 24mm and wall angle 22.20mm x 22.20 mm using 9 mm thick Gypsum board tiles with PVC vinyl face on one side and aluminium foil on other side. The suspended ceiling grid system shall be duly suspended by 4 mm dia GI bar hangers from the purlins/ RCC roof with butterfly clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F wall panelling on existing wall surface made out of PVC hollow profile section of size 150mm x 10mm with a wall thickness of 1mm (+/-) 0.2mm to be fixed on wall by self tapping scew of size 19mm x 6mm after fixing rawl plugs.The edge and periphery finaly to be covered by extruded PVC corner angles beading section of size 28mm x 12mm with wall thickness of 1mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F plain, black, mild steel sheeting 1.00 mm thick as in ceiling fixed with screws or nut & bolts and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting and translucent corrugated sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering of height upto 20.0 mtr from avg ground level (including scaffolding if required) for all type building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall of height upto 20.0 mtr from avg ground level (including scaffolding if required) for all type building, fixed with self tapping screw or L type or J type hook complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick, any description with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L/J type hooks/bolts and washers, in roofs, walls of height upto 20.0 mtr from avg ground level (including scaffolding if required) for all type building, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 20 above but fixing only

S & F 0.80 mm thick plain galvanized PGI sheets in ridges, hips ,valley gutters, etc class 8 ,fixed with L or J type hooks or bolts and washer upto 20.0 mtr height from avg ground level (including scaffolding if required) for all type building, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with self tapping screw or L type or J type hook complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down/removing of existing water proofing felt on roof surfaces and wall surfaces at height upto 20.0 mtr from avg ground level (including scaffolding if required) for all type building and preparation the roof surfaces for new treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L APP based polymeric water proofing membrane ,five layered, of weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm with centre layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for dismantling and refixing in position of wind tie and lightening protection after carrying out the treatment at height upto 20.0 mtr from avg ground level (including scaffolding if required) for all type building complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat for roof treatment of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 0.40 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete at height upto 20.0 mtr from avg ground level (including scaffolding if required) for all type building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brick/ stone / boulder masonry built in cement morter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brickwork with subclass 'B' designation 75 , old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls in any height including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair with water proofing compound at height n. exc 10 m from avg ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item.

All as per item No 32 above but exc 10 m and n. exc 20 m height from average ground level complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any shade over a coat of primer as approved by GE on new plastered surfaces of walls and the like etc including preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of wall including preparation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone flooring laid over 20 mm thick over screed bed with CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stoneskirting laid over 15 mm thick over screed bed with CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement pressure grouting size not exceeding 0.5 Sqm with plasticised expanding grout admixture including grouted surface to be clean ,sound and then prewetted before grouting and curing to be done after grouting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Plasticised expanding grout admixture make CEBEX 100 of FOSROC or any other equivelent

Material and labour for applying water proofing chemical slurry (Make : NITOCOTE CM210 of FOSROC or any other equivelent make) over old & new concrete / plaster surface in two coats by brush / roller / trowel / spray including prewettting the substrate with clean water to ensure it is damp but free of standing water & the surface must be free from oil, laitence,grease, wax, dirt, or any other form of any foreign matter which could affect adhesion before application of water proofing chemical slurry complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC flooring with PCC 1:2:4 type B-I (using 20 mm graded stone agg) mixed with WPC including finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for uprooting of small plants/bushes/roots from walls & making good to distrubed surface with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I and plastering in CM 1 :4 on both sides of wall, area of surface n.exc 30 cm x 30 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on old plastered surfaces of walls in any tint and shade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Contractor shall not be any claim for colour / shade dark or light what so ever is required at site.)

S & F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete in foundations 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non skid coloured tiles for flooring with tile size exc 0.06 sqm and n.exc 0.11 sqm each tile, 7-8mm thick of any colour pattern laid over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 in floor set and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x200x7mm to 8mm thick in dado’s/skirting etc laid over10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 100 mm bore cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes (sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.
