Operation and maintenance of all E&M installations alongwith all equipments of GLF system, LT panels, light fittings/fans, Perimeter lighting, High masts (New & old apron) installed at Technical Block/ DVOR/ DME/ Localizer/ Glide Path/ Inres / Fire section/ CISF Out post/ Hangar Building/ Runway and Operational area by engaging the manpower for carrying out preventive maintenance, attending breakdown maintenance/ complaints/ faults and taking rectification action to ensure the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of records/ documentation/ store/ dismantled materials etc. on round the clock basis on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per the detailed terms of special conditions, schedule of maintenance and specifications etc. complete as required.

Operation and maintenance of all E&M installations of 11kV/440Volts sub-station alongwith all equipments and installations i.e. HT/LT Panels,HT Transformers, AVRs, DG sets, AMF Panels, light fittings/fans etc. at Radar building by engaging the manpower for carrying out preventive maintenance, attending breakdown maintenance/ complaints/ faults and taking rectification action to ensure the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of records/ documentation/ store/ dismantled materials etc. on round the clock basis on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per the detailed terms of special conditions, schedule of maintenance and specifications etc. complete as required.

Operation and maintenance of all E&M installations of HT/LT electrical & mechanical installations at Outer Marker by engaging the manpower for carrying out preventive maintenance, attending breakdown maintenance/ complaints/ faults and taking rectification action to ensure the serviceability & satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of records/ documentation/ store/ dismantled materials/ transportation of HSD oil from AAI store to Outer Marker etc., at round the clock basis on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per the detailed terms of special conditions, schedule of maintenance and specifications etc.

Operation and routine cheaking, cleaning and minor adjustment etc. of "Elevators & Escalators" installed at different locations of Terminal Building on round the clock basis by engaging the manpower for operation, attending complaints/faults and taking corrective action to ensure the serviceability and satisfactory working of the system on all working days i/c Saturday, Sundays & holidays complete as required as per the detailed specifications, terms and condition under this contract.

Operation and routine checking, cleaning and minor adjustment of "Precision control Air conditioning plants" installed at New Rader building including maintaining required temperature by proper operation, taking follow up action for ensuring serviceability of Air conditioning plants on round the clock basis on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions under this contract.

Annual inspection and servicing of oil filled transformers of following capacities and ratings including cleaning, checking and tightening of bushings, valves, flanges etc for oil leakage, replacement of gaskets if required, checking Buchholz relay contacts & their operation, checking insulation resistance of transformer winding, checking of oil level gauges, oil temp indicator & winding temp guage contacts & their operation, checking and tightening of HV/LV cable terminations and body/neutral earthing including submission of report complete as per site requirements

VCB's (02 incomers + 03 outgoings) totally enclosed, fully interlocked horizontal draw out type 630Amps VCB breakers panel of Kirloskar make from the OEM/ Authorized dealer as per the manufacturers recommendations including calibration of all relays (O/C & E/F Numerical relay, Master trip relay, Trip circuit supervision Relay and Auxiliary relay) installed in each VCB panel, chekcing and measurement of IR values of breakers and busbars, contact resistance of breakers etc as per the manufactures recommendations and submission of calibration/ service reports etc., as required. Hiring of Unskilled labours on day to day basis for unforeseen works like excavation, refilling, Shifting of materials, cleaning and other maintenance activities as directed by E-I-C at differenent locations of LGBI Airport etc. complete as required. (The contractor is bound to pay the minimum fair wages prevailing at the time of opening the tender and/or statutory increase in future during the entire period of the contractor by state/central govt.) (one labour per day = 1 Job)

Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2018 as and when required for attending breakdowns, repair & maintenance and upkeep of internal and external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at differenent locations in operational area/radar/outermarker/ technical building/ ancillary building etc. complete as per the special Terms and Conditions in addition to General Terms and Condition of Contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs.10,00,000/- and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly after deducting GST component from the DSR-2018 rates.
