Fire Alarm System main panel (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications") Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL864 listed & FM approved/ EN54 compliant Microprocessor based 5 loops (expandable up to 10 loops) networkable analogue addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP). The Panel shall have minimum 640-character LCD / LED display or touchscreen. Each loop shall have a capacity of minimum 225 analog addressable devices (minimum 150 detectors). It shall have four access levels, flash EPROM and should be capable of communicating at high speeds with compatible Flash Scan devices. The panel shall be operated on 240 volts AC power supply with automatic battery charger and 24 volts sealed maintenance free (SMF) batteries capable of operating the fire alarm system for 24 hours under normal working of the system and for 2 hours during fire/ emergency condition. The panel shall also be supplied with all the required gateways like Modbus / BACnet, etc., and the required hardware, software, Application Program Interface (API) & Software Development Key (SDK) (in case of a thid party software), etc., to communicate on open protocol such as Modbus / BACnet, etc., for connectivity with the Command and Control Centre. Cost of FAS panel shall include all the loop cards, Interface cards, control cards, power control cards, etc. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, insurance, levies etc., and including all required hardware fitting, consumables to complete the work as directed by Bank’s Engineer.

Network graphic control station (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications"): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Networked Graphic software / Network Control Station (NCS) for real time control and monitoring of fire alarm system by graphically representing each facility being monitored with floor plans and icons depicting the actual locations of the various systems and/ or sensors, with following hardware and software capabilities: (A) Software: Fire graphic software for graphical interface with floor plans/icons for exact sensor location; scalable to 5,000 IBMS points (Fire, HVAC, Access Control); support for 100 Nodes with 100 MB baud (Fibre) / 12 MB baud (Cable) transmission; facility to monitor 2-way voice communication over Fire Network; future cloud-ready; direct gateway interface with all necessary integration modules and license key valid for the entire CAMC duration; (B) Hardware (Workstation): Intel Core i7 (14th Gen) or higher with clock speed of 3 GHz or higher; 32 GB RAM; Hybrid Storage (500 GB SSD + 2 TB HDD @ 10k RPM); min. 4 GB Dedicated Graphics Card; Ethernet card; PCI slot; 3 nos. Repeater panel (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications"): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL listed & FM approved/ EN54 compliant Repeater Panel complete with minimum suitable LED/ LCD (with QWERTY keypad) display or touchscreen to indicate the status of system, location of incident, events etc. in the fire network and control function. It shall be equipped with mounting options include an annunciator back box and blank modules as required. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, insurance, levies etc., and including all required hardware fitting, consumables to complete the work.

Multi criteria sensor detector (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications"): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of Intelligent Addressable type multi criteria sensor detector (Photo + Heat), with inbuilt fault isolator, below false ceiling/ on true ceiling with base & MS backbox (as required) and 360 deg. LED indicator, for use as heat or smoke or combined both with provision for electronic/ key based manual addressing. Detector shall have auto learn, drift compensation etc for automatic sensitivity adjustment to ambient. It shall be UL listed FM approved/ EN54 compliant. Heat detector (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications"): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of addressable rate of UL listed FM approved/ EN54 compliant rate of rise cum fixed temperature / Heat detector, combining fixed-temperature sensing elements (rated at 135°F / 57°C) and rate-of-rise thermal elements tracking abnormal temperature increases exceeding 15°F per minute and capable of withstanding temperature variations from 0 to 38 deg C with mounting base, LED, with inbuilt fault isolator, below false ceiling/ on true ceiling with base and MS back box (as required) with provision for electronic/ key based manual addressing. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, insurance, levies etc., and including all required hardware fitting, consumables to complete the work.

Early initiating device (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications"): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of UL listed FM approved/ EN54 compliant multi eco-speed sensing/ very early warning type analog spot type addressable photo-electric smoke detector with fault isolator, mounting based LED, addressable switch complete as required by NFPA 76/ NFPA 318. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, insurance, levies etc., and including all required hardware fitting, consumables to complete the work.

Beam Detector (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications"): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of UL listed FM approved/ EN54 compliant Addressable Beam Detector complete with required monitor module including all accessories required for fixing of detector & reflector and termination of cable. PNG Gas Leak Detector (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications"): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of PNG Gas leak detector with mounting brackets, all accessories complete i.e. LED Display, Potential Free Contact & Power supply as required. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, insurance, levies etc., and including all required hardware fitting, consumables to complete the work.

Manual Call Point (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications"): Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning (SITC) of UL listed FM approved/ EN54 compliant addressable pull type dual action manual call station with back box, address switch to program the device from 01-150, complete as required. Response Indicators (as per "Section VI: Technical Specifications"): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of Response Indicator (of the same make as that of detector) with dual LEDs as required.
