Use and waste formwork to sides of posts, struts, piers, columns and similar work (vertical or to batter) for rough finished flat concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/roof beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span and similar work for rough finished flat concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm with soft lose soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil at a distance n.ex5 50 m and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick flooring laid with dry bricks flat or on edge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick flooring with old size sub class 'A' bricks, laid dry on edge over and including 25mm thick layer of sand and filling the joints with dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 20.00 above but except bricks. Note:- Old serviceable bricks obtained from dismantling to be re-used

S&F 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheets in roofs, wall cladings etc, fixed with J-type or L-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs , wall etc fixed with J-type or L-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable sheets retrieved from dismantling to be re-used.

S&F 0.63 mm plain galvanized mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drips and straight flashing (Length and Girths as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

S&F FRP based with stainless steel MOC fins and internal fittings Air ventilator, Throat Size 21" to 24", Max exhaust capacity 2700 CFM double jet sealed ball bearings all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Dura Plast (Rhino tuff) or equivalent and approved make

Dismantling of timber scantlings of any description under 40 Sqcm in purlins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in tubular beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS:1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring of any description (light, fan, socket or power ponts) including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendant, fan regulators etc and M&L for new point wiring with PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric (FRLS) cable of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, 1100 Volt grade, single core having multi stranded copper conductor, drawn throgh and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting chases in wall and making good disturbed surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) to match the existing surfaces (PVC conduit shall be used on ceiling surface for fan point only) with 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed electric (FRLS) cable having multistranded copper conductor as earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunk pressed steel terminal boxes made of 1.6 mm thick GI sheet duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer on inner and outer surfaces with and including 2.8mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover of hylam board including cutting holes for switches, sockets, regulators etc as per site requirement and fixing with machine made brass screws, washers etc complete all as specified for the following:-

Note:- (i) Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length. (ii) Cable required for connection to DBs and MCBs shall be deemed included in quoted rates. (iii) Earth wire shall run inside the conduit pipe.

S&F in replacement, MCB double pole, 40 Amps 240 Volt 'B' curve 10 kA, IP 20, 50 Hz, transparent lebel holder fully insulated safety shutters suitable for cable up to 35 Sqmm cross sectional area including copper lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing earthing of any description and M&L for new earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI earthing wire 4mm dia size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earthing wire protected by GI pipe 20 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber of size not less than 300x300x300mm (internal diamentions) with cover made of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm C/C both ways and angle iron 40X40X5mm frame etc duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxided primer on exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply & laying in replacement and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.00 Sqmm 2 core, laid in trenches or through pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable house service bracket and service cable of any type and description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, 40mm dia bore GI tubing, medium grade with all fittings for cable protection including GI clamps, nut & bolts and washers or burried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying clean dry river sand for cushioning in layers, 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured as 18 cm after punning for payment)

Supply and laying old size sub class ‘B’ bricks for cable protection, laid dry flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.
