MTPS I Civil Circle - Up keeping and operation of sewage water treatment plant equipments and up keeping of gardens in front of service building and center median of Double Road and Lawn in Front of MTPS I gate for the period of one year

Charges for operation of sewage water treatment plant equipements and gray water transfer pumps, air blowers, sludge transfer pumps, Hypo dosing system, filter feed pumps, pressure sand filter, Activated corbon filter, at the time of morning and Evening day/ operation including the hire charges for complete cleaning of all equipements pump gland tightness checking, leak arresting, checking of thightness of bolt and nuts and line joints cleaning and checking of oil lublicating system in sewage water pump and attending minor repair works and cleaning of works as per instruction site Engineer charge.

Trimming of Korean grass provided in front of service building and center median of double Road using the Electric Lawn mover, cutting the edges evenly, disposing of debris away from the site, as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of Hire charges for lawn mover, labour charges, all T&P, lead & lift, etc, complete.(Power Supply will be given by departmentally at free of cost and the trimming shall to be carried out at four times during the contract period)

Trimming of Border plants using Scissors to the required shape, size and as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of hire charges for all materials, all labour charges for trimming , all lead , lift, transporting charges, disposing of debris away from the site etc, Complete.(The trimming shall to be carriedout at four times during the contract period)

Applying pesticides over the Korean lawn and border plants and flower in plants provided in front of service building and center median of double Road as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift, hire charges for hand sprayer, required safety appliances all T&P etc, Complete.(The pesticides shall be at one litre/600m2 and shall to be carried at four times during the period of contract period)

Applying fertilizers and manure over the lawn, border plants and flowering plants including loosening the earth around flowering plants and border plants (The fertilizers and manure shall be at 78gm/m2 and shall be done at four times during the contract period )

Maintenance of garden by Watering Korean grass, border plants, flower plant daily Scope of work is also inclusive of removal of unwanted weeds and dry leaves in the garden area, sweeping the footpath and roads around garden, sweeping the area on the southern side of garden, double road and dumping the debris into nearby dustbin by head load etc., including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete. But excluding cost of water (water will be supply at free of cost by Board).
