Repairing, Servicing checking & cleaning of Capacitor panel board of rating 250 KVAR, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC Supply system comprising of various rating of capacitors, capacitors switching contactors/ thyristor switch module, checking, cleaning & tightening of all the electrical equipment’s, checking and making workable control wiring, contact of switchgears, tightening of cable end termination, replacement of burnt/ heated thimbles, replacements of burnt/heated copper lead connections /wiring, PVC taping etc. wherever reqd.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. i) 185 SQ MM

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of epoxy resin cast, 11KV HT Current Transformar (CT) of ratio 50/5-5A of 15VA burden and Class -1 accuracy for metering and 5P10 for protection in the existing Alstom make HT panel board i/c dismantling the old worn out HT CT from the panel by disconnecting the bus bar and cable termination, reconnection i/c pdg & fixing HT taping monoplast compound on bus bars and end terminaton and polarity testing of CTs credit for buy back the dismantled CTs.

High voltage testing of 11 KV HT Panel Board & HT cable of size 3X185 sq mm by injecting the high voltage with the help of suitable HV testing Kit for ensuring the healthyness cable of HT Panel Before restoring the supply and after replacement of HT CTs complete as required.

Testing of the complete system of HT panel for checking the actual working of the CTs, their wiring, connected IDMT relay, shunt trip system, breaker's tripping system and for any loose connection by primary injection method in all three phase and at each plug setting at actual time multiplier at site with suitable testing equipment i/c rectify the defect in control wiring etc if any

Arresting the leakage, cleaning of existing 750KVA, 11 KV/ 433 Volt outdoor oil type transformer by disconnection of HT and LT site cable/ bus trunking, draining out of oil from conservator tank & dismantling the same Lifting of top cover with core and winding by hydra/ crane as required and removing the old worn out gasket from all parts & joints, cleaning the surface and providing and fixing cork sheet gasket of suitable size with superior quality of adhesive for top cover gesket & HT & LT side gasket i/c Oil seal as required and reassembling of same after removing sludge, dehumidification, dissolved moisture and gas by re-circulation method and hiring charges of filtration equipment, replace breather filled silica gel, i/c arresting leakage i/c following testing, HV/LT cable tightening i/c credit for wornout materials, oil etc and submission of reports etc as required. 1.Voltage Ratio Test 2.
