Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) & removing rubbish exc 50 m and n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description of thickness in floors, approns etc complete all as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but not exc 0.16sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350x450x7mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement incl boarder tiles with 15mm thick rendering as in backing coat of CM 1:6 all as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing & finished the surface even & fair all as specified.

Taking down tiles of any description from floors laid dry on sand cushioning or any other bedding complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC interlocking tiles 60 mm thick of grade M-35 conforming to IS-15658: 2006 with grey cement and no pigment and top layer (6 to 10 mm thick) shall contain hardner (ironite) laid on pavings all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for granite of any type slab 18mm thick machine cut bedded and pointed with grey cememt slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of gigment to match the shade of granite stone including nosing, grinding and plishing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for machine cut kota stone flooring 20-25 mm thick of approved size over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror), complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 50 mm thick type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternative as in plinth protection including finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement& filling the joints with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25&3 parts of sand by weight complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall or concrete wall or Ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceilings in cement plaster 1:3 & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement all as specified.

S&F in repair, 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board/ MDF board interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm confirming to IS-3384 and laying APP polymer modified membrane non-woven polyester reinforcement of 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm with plain polythene finish and sealing all the over laps of 75mm in length side and 100mm on the width side of membrane by torching the same all as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed. Including removing existing unserviceable water proofing treatment and washing down with water to remove all dirt etc. also including 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, roof padding & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement including approved water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions or by 3% of weight of cement all as specified.

S&F in repairs aluminum anodised /power coated partition wall of aluminum section 100mm x 44mm x 2mm thick frame rectangular section and panel of PVC sheet or prelaminated board in bottom panel and 5.5mm thick sheet glass in top panel with rubber lining and aluminum beading around length including necessary fixing arrangement for bottom and top member of aluminum frame in floor/PCC/Brick work as per site requirement with rawl plug etc, including chromium plated steel screws 60cm centre to centre all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note : Cost of PVC panel or prelaminated board and sheet glass shall deemed included in the unit rate of this item )

Supply fabricating and fixing in repair of aluminium door powder coated of extrusion aluminium section including frame work complete, consisting of frame vertical and horizontal members, of size 104mmx44.45mmx1.8mm thick. Vertical style of door shutter of size 85mmx44.45mmx1.8mm thick. Top, middle and bottom rial of size 85mmx44.45x1.8mm thick and fixing 5 mm thick plain/tinted sheet glass of Modi guard/Atul or prelaminated particle board 9 to 10mm thick of make Kit Ply with aluminium bedding and rubber gasket/beading including frosted film as desired fixing of hydraulic floor spring one in single leaf or two nos in double leaf door of Make Kelvin/Evershine. One mortice lock for aluminium door (each) and two aluminium tower bolts for each door. Fixed with rawl plug including rectification of floor/wall to match the existing surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. (Note-Cost of sheet glass/frosted film & sun control film shall be included in the unit of this item)

S&F of powder coated aluminum sliding window comprising of sliding runner of three way (track), consisting of two sliding shutter duly fitted with 5.0 mm thick galss and one shutter duly fitted with stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperature 1.4 mm with and incl necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc and down push type locking arrangement in glass shutter, incl necessary fixing arrangement i.e. rawl plug etc, complete all as directed.
