Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits(carted earth) with a lift upto 1.5m & lead up to 1000 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 . as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material

Construction of granular sub-base by grade-1 for providing well graded material from approved quarry , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Construction of shoulder with material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to achive the dry density not less then 97% as per table 300-2. work should be done as per MORTH & H Specification Clause 305 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mannual means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen Boiler with sprayer at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 503 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading 2 with Batch type hot mix plant producing 120 TPH using crushed aggregates from Kabrai quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG_30 @ 4.5 % , transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH & H Specification Clause 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminious concrete Grading 2 with Batch type hot mix plant producing 120 TPH using crushed aggregates from Kabrai quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG_30 @ 5.4%, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, tandem roller and Pneumatic Tyre roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH & H Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing reinforced concrete pipe NP4 for culvert on first class bedding of granular material in single row with cement mortar1:2(1cement: 2 coarse sand) [as per MORT&H specification no. 9.3-1100(B)]

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced cement concrete (RCC Grade M20 )

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications
