Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. (external work) including lead and lift of pipes all carriage complete job.

Providing, fixing and commissioning of 12 mm thick MS flanges in pairs suitable for 150 mm dia GI Medium Class pipes, including cutting and removal of threaded portions, edge preparation, welding of flanges on both ends of pipe joints, supplying and fixing of nuts, bolts and washers, providing approved gasket/sealant, making joints leak-proof, testing and alignment, all leads and lifts, carriage of materials, tools and plants, and labour of all kinds, complete in all respects.

Providing and making opening in existing PCC syphon for insertion of 150 mm dia (6" nominal bore) GI Medium Class pipe, including cutting/breaking of PCC, insertion and alignment of pipe, sealing the opening with cement concrete/rich cement mortar, making the joint watertight, curing, testing, all leads and lifts, tools and plants and labour of all kinds, complete in all respects.

Providing, laying and compacting selected excavated earth around and over the laid GI Medium Class pipes in layers not exceeding 150 mm, including watering and ramming/compaction, all leads and lifts, and labour of all kinds, complete in all respects (60% of available excavated earthwork).
