Disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, connecting, testing & commissioning UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (heavy duty 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 120 sqmm x 3.5 core all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - (a). The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of arranging respective shutdown, disconnection of cables, commissioning of feeder after the completion of job and inclusive of any minor spares and jobs required for the completion of the job. (b). The cost of excavation, returning, filling, removal and PCC cable covers will be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose/hard soil n exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out including forming bottom to required level or slope for laying pipes / laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil in trenches including spreading, leveling and well ramming in 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc in 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness.). Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purposes).

Material and labour precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Make bore to road width for providing GI pipe medium/light grade both end socketed for passing armoured cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing size 40 mm bore (Light grade) with all necessary fittings laid in trenches under road crossing or fixed on poles / walls / under floors for cable protection complete all as specfied and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing with galvanised iron earth plate of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25m below normal ground level,earth plate packed on all sides with charcoal mixed with salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness connected by galvanised iron earth earth strip 32x6mm soldered & riveted to earth plate, galvanised iron earth strip will be provided by using 50mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade) earth plate to transformer body and neutral or test point of transformer, including flat iron clamp 25x3mm including bolts, nuts and washers complete including watering galvanised iron pipe 20 mm dia 'Light grade' 2.5m long the earthing includes PCC pit including necessary earth works and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50m, chamber of PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, coping shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC pit cover 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia @ 15cm c/c complete all as shown on sketch No 3 of SSR-I of 2009 and as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for application of two coats of aluminium paint on steel tubular/rail pole of 9/11/13/15 M long externally after removal of old paint, rust, dust, oil, grease or any other foreign deposits by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps, cleaning with scrapers and chemicals for removal of rust for any number of coats of any width or girth incl. numbering of poles in black base & white letters paint and including. painting five no. strips upto 30 cm on bottom of pole with black and yellow colour paint alternately all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Painting to electric control panel of E/M installations by cleaning the existing old paint with the help of mechanical tools such as wire brush, scraper and sand paper from the surface of panel and painting the prepared surface with two coat of synthatic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified abd specified.

Repairing/servicing of APFC panel board by replacing the all defective components with new components, re-wiring, cleaning, testing, reconnecting, re-installing and commissioning the APFC panel board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a). All new components,. required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule here-in-after however the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cleaning agents, grease, cable lugs, cable glands, nut/bolt and washer combination all as approved by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling old unserviceable cable ducts from within the panel, Supply & Fix PVC cable ducts of size of size 45x30 MM including drawing existing cable through the ducts and commissioning the panel all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable DIN Rails from within the panel, Supply & Fix DIN Rail for mounting of MCBs of rating 6 to 63 Amps and of poles - 2/3/4 all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs 63 A TP MCB, 10 kA 'C' series, 240 V AC, 50 Hzcomplete switch gear/components in various APFC panels all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
