EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS
Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 1600 KVA outdoor platform mounted step down 33/11 KV, 3 phase, 50 cycle AC double wound core type copper wound oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes transformer delta connection on primary side (33KV) and star connection on secondary side (11KV) in accordance with vector symbol Dyn11 and having tapping at ±7.5% to be changes by means of manually operated OFF LOAD tap changing gear, cooling ONAN type. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load complete all a specified in IS-2026 energy efficient, level-3, 3 star. The transformer shall be complete with the followings: (a) Cable boxes on 11 KV secondary side for 3 core XLPE cable up to 300 sqmm with disconnecting chamber with suitable terminals

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AC 3 phase 33KV, 50Hz, Vaccum Circuit Breaker out door type, IP65, 630 Amp capacity having rupturing capacity 26.3KA floor mounted type complete all as specified and comprising the following: - (a) Three single phase VCB assemblies, self-contained in hermetically sealed porcelain housing of capacity 630A each with incoming and outgoing terminals, vacumm interrupter drive linkage mounted on a common frame and coupled together and incorporating following fixtures/accessories housed inside a weather proof cubical mounted on one side of VCB frame: -

Supply, Laying , jointing and testing PVC insulated armored cable of size 2.5 sqmm 4 core, sheathed, with solid- copper conductor cable, laid in trenches/ ducts or steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and copper thimble or lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, Laying , jointing and testing PVC insulated armored cable of size 2.5 sqmm 8 core, sheathed, with solid- copper conductor cable, laid in trenches/ ducts or steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and copper thimble or lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing heat shrinkable type cable jointing kit suitable for 11KV, single core, 95sqmm AB cable for out door termination application complete all as specified and directed.
Site Clearance and Earth Works
Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, and removing the excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
