Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F aluminum flat iron wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any sweep from ceiling hook at any height after disconnecting from electricity, dismantling blades, opening up for carrying out servicing/over hauling, examining for damaged worn out parts like shaft, ball bearings etc., and applying grease to bearings, assembling back, preparing painted surfaces by cleaning dust, grease etc., and by filling cavities with filler to receive spray paint using synthetic enamel paint of existing shade and writing MES No. in synthetic enamel paint, fixing up blades and hanging back in position and providing and connecting up with 1.0 sqmm twin core twisted flexible copper conductor of suitable length from connector of fan to ceiling rose and testing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Spare parts like ball bearings, shafts, fan blades, copper winding shall be replaced only if found damaged and certified by Engineer-in-charge. If spares are replaced, they shall be measured and paid separately as SUPPLY ONLY. A book shall be maintained for record of servicing and replacement of spares with MES Nos. of fans.

Rewinding of ceiling fan (any sweep) stator by super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and size with Garware insulating paper, insulating varnish and oven drying for requisite insulation values including necessary PVC sleeves. lead wires and testing after assembling in position in ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old corroded GI bracket and supply and fixing new mounting bracket made up of 25mm dia galvanised steel tubing, medium grade, 1.20 metres long, bent to shape with inner angle not less than 120°, with and including necessary fixing clamps fabricated out of angle iron/flat iron of suitable size, bolts, nuts and washers as required and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
