OUTSOURCING FOR OPERATION AND MAINT OF SUB STATION AT KAUNTERPUR INCLUDING ATTENDING HT FUSES OFF CALLS BREAKDOWNS OF HT ELECTRIC LINES UNDER GE S PATHANKOT

Outsourcing for operation and maint of main receiving HT sub station No.07 (Kaunterpur) located at Nangal Bhur Complex round the clock, having installed HT structures, LT distribution panels, Distribution transformer, including attending HT/LT fuses off calls/ breakdowns of entire Nangal Bhur Complex complete upto Bldg DBs with deployment of minimum One electrician (skilled) and one mate electrician (semiskilled) for each shift of 08 hours and for complete three shifts per day) including daily periodically maintenance of HT/LT distribution system including minor repairs such as replacing of fuse of HT & LT, tighting/replacing of thimbles,lugs, nuts , jumpers & cleaning of panels and surrounding area. Maintaining/updating of log sheets/complaint/breakdown register and other documents and submit to office of AGE E/M Pathankot , including cleaning of installations inside and outside of the installation complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Note:- (i)Total Electrician both Skilled & semi skilled required to operate the equipments/installations = 06 Nos .(ii) One electrician (skilled) and one mate electrician (semiskilled) requred in each shift duty of 8 hrs round the clock i.e 03 shifts in a day. (iv) The rate quoted includes Oustourcing for operation & maintenance of installation on all days including Sunday/Gazetted Holidays. (v) The cost of maintenance of documents installations charts and daily records as clarified under relevent particulars,specification shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for above items. (vi) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for provision of reliever duty and leave periods.(Vii) The operator on duty should have proper uniform in light blue colour shirt and dark blue trauser duly printed name as MES and contractor with all protective arrangement during the duties like shoes/hand gloves and required tools for operation and maintenance of installation.

(viii) The entire HT OH lines/ structures along with AB switches/ DO fuses/LAs etc of entire feeders inside Nangal Bhur Complex to be patrolled once in a month for preventive breakdowns. Trimming/cutting of tree branches touching the OH lines. Applying petroleum jelly on movable contacts of AB switches etc complete. Additional manpower required for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Necessary transportation should be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(ix) Rated quoted deemed to be inclusive for additional man power required for early restoration of supply in case of emergency.The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of rectifying minor defects such as replacement of HT fuse wire, lugs, ACSR jumpers etc whenever required. The M/L for major items such such as HT joints, AB switches, LAs, ACSR conductor/ insulators, line spacers etc are not in the scope and will be made available at Site by Department if required.

(x) The contractor has to work in conjuction with other agencies working at Nangal Bhur Complex area to resolve the break downs without creating inconvenience to users. (xi) The installation will be handed over in operating state on the commencement of contract though work order.

(xii) Antecedents of the Personnel engaged by the contractor to carry out the work shall be verified from police authorities and accordingly security passes shall be issued. (xiii) The contractor shall be solely responsible for all personnel deployed for carrying out the above jobs and all transport required for conveyance. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of EPF, insurance etc of operator/electrician all as per latest norms of labour Commissioner. (xiv). The labourers shall be provided with protective devices and shall wear them while working. In case any accident/ injury/ fatal or partial disability happened, the contractor shall be solely responsible for settling all claims/ compensation. Department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour Commissioner/ Court directive. (XV) Contractor will render a certificate/ confirmation every month that minimum wages act is not violated and every employee engaged have been paid their wages only through individual bank account laborers in full and receipts there on obtained. The Contractor shall produce bank statements every month alongwith the Certificate.

(xvi)In case the contractor fails to set right break down (occurring during maintenance) or absence of operator within 02 hours, the Accepting Officer and the Engineer-in-Charge (GE and AGE E/M) shall impose penalty of Rs 500/- per hour per operator for inconvenience caused after said 02 hours period. If such penalties occurred more than twice in a month contract will be terminated, the balance portion of the year shall be got executed by other agency at the risk and cost of the contractor

(xvii) As the area is scattered, the quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of necessary transportation for outsourcing staff for attending breakdown/rectifying defects in stipulated time period.

Note for item No 1: The rate quoted shall inclusive of Basic wages for one Skilled electrician and one semi skilled electrician for each shift of 08 Hrs, Contribution towards Employment State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) as per existing rules, Employer's contribution towards EPF as per exisiting rules, Contribution of Bonus,Overhead charges & profit, LWC as per existing rules, GST and other taxes, levies, as applicable & existing rules. (b) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place in accordance with IS:02 of 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS. (c) The Contractor shall submit proof of payment i.e Basic wages, ESIC, EPF, Bonus, LWC with submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment, before claiming payments from Department.

Supply only HT 11 KV Switch air break mounted on 15 Nos insulators and steel frame, gang operated, triple pole , mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and MS channel frame, with operating mechanism made out of 25 mm dia GI medium grade pipe suitable for operation from ground level with locking arrangement complete for current rating 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only expulsion fuse single phase above 50 & up to 100 AMPS capacity, 11000 Volts complete all as specified.

Supply only HT lightening arrestor metal oxide type (gap less) heavy duty single pole for 11 KV overhead line , suitable for 12 KV rated highest system voltage, long duration distribution discharge class type, IP 55 Degree of protection, 100(kVp) at 65 kA High current impulse withstand voltage and 9 KV Arrestor rating with normal discharge current of 10 KA complete with all fittings conforming to IS: 3070 part-3 effectively connected with earthing system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Manufacturer's Test certificate for lighting arrestor shall be produced before claiming for payment.

Supply only ACSR conductor of any size as ordered by Engr-in-charge including tightening and binding with new binding wires to insulators complete all as specified

Supply only pin type insulator vitreous, white, brown, or green insulator includig one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified

Supply only disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified

Supply only in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade XLPE cable for outdoor end termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm size including testing after jointing complete all as directed .

Supply only cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade XLPE cable for outdoor end termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm size including testing after jointing complete all as directed .

Supply only replacement of Reel type/shackle insulator of size 65mm dia x 31mm high x 20mm hole for 1100 volts grade all as directed and specified.

Supply only LT line rigid PVC spacers spiral type or of type polyproplene composite(moulded or bolted type) conforming to tests as per IS 1445 and capable of withstanding voltage test upto 23 KV RMS ( Dry power frequency) and upto 10 KV RMS (Wet power frequency) of 2 Lines on LT OH lines with all necessary T&P and safety norms complete all as specified and directed.:-
