Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm & 450 mm height made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with Isolation transformer, power cable and having 2 nos. clear hole centre (each 180 degree apart) at 225 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia HDPE/GI pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolt of M 10 x 40 tapped inside near the holes (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm dia at the top surface and 6 Nos. M 10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawing & specifications.

Supply of Elevated type unidirectional High-Intensity Threshold light fittings suitable for use with halogen type lamp, complete with lens support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, prefocus lamp holder, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, base plate with 06 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washers and other accessories with 200/150W, 6.6A halogen type lamp, Green spreader lens etc.and conforming to ICAO requirements complete as required.

Supply of Elevated type unidirectional High-Intensity End light fittings suitable for use with halogen type lamp, complete with lens support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, prefocus lamp holder, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, base plate with 06 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washers and other accessories with 200/150W, 6.6A halogen type lamp, Red spreader lens etc.and conforming to ICAO requirements complete as required.

Supply of 200 W, 20A/6.6A, 5 KV grade 50Hz series type Isolating Transformer, encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded in neoprene type rubber with primary & secondary leads connections and ready to install confirming to technical specification etc. complete as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade ESNA connector and suitable for field attachment with 5KV grade PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed single core 6 sq mm copper conductor cable confirming to technical specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade ESNA connector and suitable for field attachment with 5KV grade PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed single core 16 sq mm copper conductor cable confirming to technical specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 2C x 6 sq.mm size 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, anti-termite & anti-rodent, multi-stranded copper conductor Airfileld lighting cable confirming to IS 1554 (Part-II) with up to date amendments and confirming to technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. as specified in tender document complete as required.

Supply of 6 sq.mm., 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, anti-termite & anti-rodent, multi-stranded copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable confirming to IS 1554 (Part-II) with up to date amendments and confirming to technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. as specified in tender document complete as required.

Supply of 4C x 35 sq. mm. LT power cables of 1.1 KV grade aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 Part I-1988 with upto date amendment as required.

Supply of 50 mm. dia.(O.D.) HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) duct of grade PE80, PN6 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest ammendments complete as required.

Laying of 50 mm dia (OD) HDPE pipe alongwith all accessories direct in ground upto a depth of 75 cm including excavation of trench and back filling of excavated earth after laying of pipe complete as required.

Cutting the concrete/ bitumenious surface by core cutting machine/breakers upto a depth of 200 mm and 100 mm width on Taxiway/runway shoulders between the transformer housing boxes for laying of 50 mm dia cable crossing pipe (HDPE/GI) etc. complete as required.

Laying of 50mm. dia.(O.D.) HDPE(High Density Polyethylene) pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on existing trench between the transformer housing boxes complete as per site requirements etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) on existing grooves on taxi/ runway shoulders and finishing the top surcace matching to existing surfaces etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC shethed/XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade single/double core of 6 sqmm/16 sqmm. size in the existing RCC/ GI/ HUME/ METAL pipe etc as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6 Sq.mm/16 sqmm. plug and receptacle with the existing 6 Sq.mm/16 sqmm. single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material, applying PVC insulation tape of approved/reputed make etc complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4, 50 mm thick the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including cutting and excavation of concrete/ bituminous/ hard surface (size 630mm x 630mm x 500mm depth) etc. complete as required.

Installation of ELEVATED type Bi-directional/unidirectional THRESHOLD/ END/ Approach light fittings over the existing transformer housing box, installation of isolating transformer, interconnection, testing, commissioning and numbering the fitting by good quality painted letters complete as required.

Constructing brick masonry chamber of size 500 x 500 x 500 of size in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) inside cement plaster 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement, foundation concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all complete as per standard design without cover complete as required.

Steel work welded in built up section / framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and one coat of synthetic enamelblack paint using structural steel sections [65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm MS Angle Iron (Frame for Manhole chamber )]

SITC of indoor type microprocessor based, air cooled constant current regulator of Thyristor control electronic type suitable for use on 240/415 VAC, 50/60 Hz, input AC supply with 7.5KW MPCCR at 6.6A, supply voltage 240VAC tapping at 4KW with 5 steps variation of current output suitable for local and remote control operation with 24/48 VDC control supply complete with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, positive back indication equipments relay contactor etc. complete as per manufacturer specification.

Supply and installation of 100 Amps, 4 Pole on load manual changeover switch-disconnector, open execution type, SS enclosure version, housed in SS enclosure with operating handle conforming to IS/IEC 60947-3 duly mounted on wall with the help of angle iron frame work complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray/ surface as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I pipe of 4.5 meters long x 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement, watering pipes, funnel etc., including charcoal or coke and salt complete as required.

S/L of Earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG GI wire in 15 mm dia G.I pipe (Class-B ) etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Dismantling of existing Threshold/ End/ Approach light fitting & isolating transformers from its existing location and handing over the same to AAI Store i/c Fixing of Dummy plates on the existing CI housing boxes.
