Miscellaneous Pre-Monsoon Preparatory Works Including Signalling & Telecommunication (S&T) Works at new Railway Siding under Sonepur Bazari Area.

Earth work in embankment for repairing of cess/formation/level crossing, rain cuts etc. to make the surface to the desired level and slope to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Supply of ground connection assembly complete, D-bracket type, suitable for 220 mm throw point machine, consisting of D-type bracket, clamp, point lock assembly, bolts, nuts, washers, and all necessary fastening accessories.

Supply of 6-Way ARA type terminal block made of high-grade flame-retardant PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) insulating material, suitable for electrical wiring connections. The terminal shall have six independent ways with brass terminals and zinc-plated steel screws, suitable for copper conductors of required size (up to 4/6 sq.mm as applicable). The terminal block shall be rated for 415V AC and minimum 10–16 Amp current capacity (or as per requirement), with high insulation resistance and heat resistance properties.

Supply of stranded copper wire 16/0.02 grade, consisting of 16 strands of 0.02 mm diameter each, made of high-conductivity annealed copper conductor. The wire shall be uniformly stranded, flexible, and insulated with high-quality PVC insulation of approved colour, resistant to heat, moisture, oil, and abrasion.

Supply of 3 core × 0.75 sq.mm PVC insulated copper flexible cable, consisting of three multi-stranded annealed high-conductivity copper conductors of 0.75 sq.mm cross-sectional area each. The conductors shall be insulated with colour-coded PVC insulation and laid up together with an overall PVC outer sheath

Dressing of ballast including filling of sleepers inter space up to top of sleeper and boxing from outside.

Supply and installation of OHE mast along with cantilever and other required materials for realignment of OHE line.

Rectification of OHE by using Tower wagon from Railways

Transportation of P/Way and other misc. materials upto 25km distance by road engaging contractor's truck/tractor, labour, fuel including all lead, lift, descent, crossing lines and lead upto 200m for loading into and unloading from truck/tractor, etc. and stacking complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of Q-Series Neutral Line Relay (ENA1 Type ), 12F/4B, 24V DC complete with plug board(base plate), connectors and retaining clips etc and conforming to BRS- 930 and RDSO Specn.No.IRS:S-34 & S-23 with Amdt. upto date or latest.

Supply of Half Round RCC pipes & collars of 300 mm outer dia& 250 mm internal dia (2 meter long) along with collars as per IS No. 458/2003 of NP type

Laying of half round RCC pipe after laying the cables in the trenches

Hiring of front end loader 1 cum bucket capacity (including POL)

Carriage Of Material by mechanical transportincluding loading,unloading and stacking: Earth

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
