REPAIRS MAINT OF WOODEN FURNITURE UNDER GE EAST LUCKNOW

Amount

A) Removal of following existing unserviceable wooden components of various MES F/DB/FD/MAP furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing,providing hinges, placing everypart in-tact the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs and as directed by EIC. B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE(East) East/Barabanki Mil stn including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. C) Timber shall be of 2nd class teak wood seasoned.

Table 3'X3' & 3'X2' with / without Drawer: FD-55/284/283/291/288 or simillar

a) Top of size 950mm X650mm made of 18 mm thick prelaminated EDHMR/HDHMR board BSL (Action Tesa/ Century Ply/ Geenply/Archidply) 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make-Rehau/Pegasus/Kynex shall be fixed allaround the top with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine complete rest all as per drg & colour of top shall be approved by EIC/GE.

b) Top of size 950mm X950mm made of 18 mm thick prelaminated EDHMR/HDHMR board BSL (Action Tesa/ Century Ply/ Geenply/Archidply) 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make-Rehau/Pegasus/Kynex shall be fixed allaround the top with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine complete rest all as per drg & colour of top shall be approved by EIC/GE.

c) MS galvanised L shape (3"x3")support angle /corner shall be provided to each legs as per sample rest all as directed by EIC/GE.

a) Mirror 5mm thick (Make-Modiguard/Atul/Saintgobbain) & 6 mm thick Back ply BWP grade (Make: Century Ply/ Greenply/ Archidply) as per drg.

b) Frame for mirror assembly, complete as per drg

c)Complete Cabinet including drawer shall be made of 18 mm thick Prelaminated HDHMR board , shade as approved by EIC/GE with 4 mm thick Teak wood edging in front & sides and bottom of drawer shall be 18 mm thick prelam HDHMR board (Make-Century ply/Greenply/Archidply) complete with telescopic channel (make -Ebco/Ozone/Hettich) complete . Rest all as per drg.

d) Plain glass with alu runner as per drg.

f) Frame shall be painted with two coat of enamel paint including replacement of unsv shoes and welding wherever required complete as directed by EIC

A) M&L for melamine polish with spray machine after removing of existing polish by scrapping and smothening of surface wherever required or as directed by EIC to the following furniture articles all are of MES pattern viz F/DB/FD/MAP series or Similar items incl applying wax for depressed surface as well as washing with caustic soda wherever required before polishing all as specified and shown on drgs and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units at OTM/Md Accn under the jurisdiction of GE (East) lko including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
