AUL 54 Improvement to Road on Gobindpur-Hadua-Madhuban TRE from Maharakul to Saagiri

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within lead of 5 Km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding watering and compaction in dams and dykes for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)including cost, carriage, labour, royalty & all other taxes of all materials with T & P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty & GST of all materials to work site etc complete as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen, boiler and all other T & P article etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)including cost, carriage, labour, royalty & all other taxes of all materials with T & P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Binding road surface with sand 6mm thick including cost, carriage, royality of materials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision)cost, carriage, labour, royalty & all other taxes of all materials with T & P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying from stack and spreading sand & moorum 40:60 proportionate for Sub Base laying in layer not exceeding 100 mm thick watering and compacting to the required density with PRR including cost,carriage,royality of materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
