Opening the dining room brick wall by 7 x 5 ft and providing concrete lentil of size 7 ft for the opening the entrance for the open area and providing a 2 leaf teak wood wooden door of size 7 x 5 ft with locking arrangement.

Providing 9 inch brick wall counter of size 14' L x 2.5' H x 2' W having four compartment on rear side with concrete slab in middle for storing items and on the top should have black 19 mm Granite slab with one side nosing and the front side of the counter wall to be tiled. It should also have provision for SS sink of size 16" x 16" with provision for water supply and necessary out let for waste water.

Providing 2 x 2 ft full body vitrified tiles of reputed make by removing existing tiles and levelling the floor with cement and river sand mortar and laying the tiles with 2mm spacing in between the tiles and filling the gap with epoxy grouting.

5 inch raised platform of 12 x 12 ft for the sitting area by single brick wall filled with concrete mix. The top & side should be covered with 1 x 1 ft full body vitrified tiles.

5 inch raised platform of 14 x 10 ft for the recreation area by single brick wall filled with concrete mix. The top & side should be covered with 1 x 1 ft full body vitrtified tiles.

Providing heavy duty vinyl covering with steel frame work for food counter and recreation area as per drawing.

Providing wooden wall around the exposed pipe line in the side wall with the steel frame alnd covering with synthetic wooden strip of 150 mm x 10 mm for 3ft height.

Providing seating arrangement along the outer wall of size 4 x 1.5 ft with concrete bench having 19 mm Granite top with three side nosing.

Providing planter boxes made of concrete of size 3 x 1.5 ft along the outer wall filled with sand and manure mix with ornamental plants.

(a) Providing MS Galvinised Gazebo with pyramid roofing as per the drawing of size 12 x 12 ft base having 10 ft height with 100 x 100 x 4 mm vertical post on four corners upto 7.5 ft with 300 x 300 x 10 mm base plate with anchor bolt. (b) 50 x 50 x 3 mm square steel tubes truss on outer frame. (c) 50 x 50 x25 x 3 mm rectangle tube purlin with 10 inch spacing. (d) Mangalore tile roofing on top. (e) All the metal tube to be hot dip galvinising upto 100 mircron coating with testing certificate. (f) One coat cleanol for cleaning surface and applying one coat zinc rich primer and two coats of anticor - crc and marine grated co-polymer based technology anti correction protective coating. (g) Cost should be inclusive of supplying and erection.

Wiring for light point / fan point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated coper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface / recessed steel /PVC conduit including dismantling as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 1.5 sq mm size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit / CMS as rquired.

Spplying and drawing 6 x 1.5 Sq mm size of FRLS PVC insultated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC condudit / CMS as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 4 Sq mm size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit / CMS as required.

Supplying and fixing 15/16 Amp one way Anchor Roma switch, modular plate & switch box including connections etc as required.

Supplying and fixing of 6 module Anchor Roma plate with 2 nos 15 Amp switch with 2 nos 15 Amp 3 pin international socket for Raw Power and similar one set of 6 modular Anchor Roma plate with 2 nos 15 Amp Switch with 2 nos 15 Amps International socket for UPS power.

Supplying and fixing 63 Amps rating, four pole 415 volts isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 Amps rating, four pole (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, Residual current circuit breaker having a sensitivity current up to 300 milli amps in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 Amps to 32 Amps rating, 240/415 volts, ’C’ series, miniature single pole circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.
