Resurfacing of Rural Road for length of 0.09 Km in Aldona Constituency.

Earthwork in excavation for roadway as per drawing and specification, in all types of strata comprising any of the material such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, murrum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterites rock, etc soft rock, ordinary rock or disintegrated rock fissured shattered/ decomposed rock or weathered rock all such material as described under appendix to those specification either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) or any approved method or methods as the case may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling and wedging etc in all conditions such as dry, moist,saturated, submerged, foul condition etc including setting out, construction of shoringand bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing sides, ramming of bottoms,getting out the excavated soil/rock to be leveled and neatly dressed, pumping and bailing out of water, back filling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth locally for road work, barricading, danger lightening, guarding and disposal of excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge all complete including all leads and lifts and upto depth of excavation as per MORT&H Specification 301.

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix bituminious carpet surface by using mini hot mix plant at site with 2.7 cu.m. of stone aggregate comprising 65% of 12 mm size (passing 20 mm sieve and retained on 10 mm sieve) 35% of 10 mm size(passing 12.5 mm sieve and retained 6.8 mm) per 100 sq.mt. 53.4 kg (average) of catoinic type emulsion(or such bituminious material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-charge) per cu.m. of stone aggregate including all carriages. On new road surface including tack coat of bitumen emulsion of approved quality at 2.50kg/10 sq.m. complete.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A or B seal coats as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513. ;Type-A (bitumen of grade 80/100at 9.8 kg/10sqm)
