Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Tenderer should have supplied tendered item at least once during preceding 3 financial years (i.e., current year and previous three financial years) to any Railways or Production units as on date of opening of tender as per following criteria- 1. Single order of at least 20% of tender quantity. Copies of relevant purchase orders or contracts along with proof of supply to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant financial year.

   Tenderer should submit the Successful Commissioning Report against the past performance attached against clause 1 above. Offers will be summarily rejected in absence of such certificate.

Commercial-Compliance

   Material is to be supplied on FOR Destination Door Delivery Basis. Unloading of the material at consignee premises to be done by supplier.

   Tenderers/Bidder should go through the 'Condition for Tender Document 31.12.2021' available in the IREPS website before submitting their offer especially the clauses 4.0, 5.0 of the instruction to the Tenderers pertaining to EMD and SD. Please note that as per latest guidelines. Noncompliance of EMD and SD clause may lead to non consideration of the offers of the firm who are not exempted as specified in the above clause.

   Please carefully read para 9.2.4 of ECOR tender conditions uploaded on IREPS website applicable to this tender which is reiterated below- The OEM/Authorized Dealers/Agents must comply with the following conditions failing which their offers are liable to be rejected without further reference: i) In a tender, either the authorized agent/dealer on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself can bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously for the same item in the same tender. ii) If an authorized agent/dealer submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same agent/dealer shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item/product.
