Dismantling of old burnt/ defective pump sets MCCB & other accessories from existing panel of bus coupler, removing of all cable connection after taking HT supply off with help of gas cutter, heavy labor etc.
Providing/Fixing of digital Ampere meter. Make: L&T/AE/ Any DJB approved make.
Providing/Fixing of digital volt meter. Make: L&T/AE/Any DJB approved make.
Providing/Fixing of indicating Lamp to panel. Make: SG
Providing/Fixing of under voltage release Make: L&T/ Any DJB approved make
Supply/ Fixing of current transformer 400/5 Amp as per requirements. Make: - AE/ Any DJB approved make
Providing /fixing and making connection of bus bar for pump sets No. 01 to 05, 630 Amp. MCCB including links, bends, and aluminium bus bar of electrolytic grade 55% conductivity insulated with PVC sleeve. The bus bar support insulator shall be made from non-hygroscopic material as SMC/DMC. All hard ware for connection/joints shall be in high tensile.
Arrangement of incoming / outgoing cable termination by providing & fixing of terminal link of current carrying capacity 630 Amp. With phase separator & making cable connection of existing cable by changing of thimble /tapping in MCCB & re-dressing of the cable in cable trench.
Changing of wiring in panel, indication lamp, metering terminal link as required with insulation by tapping/sleeving on bus bar of panel after cleaning from CRC, replacement of hardware as required.
Fixing of the 630 Amp. MCCB in the existing LT Panel Board including providing, fabrication & fixing of the base frames of suitable sizes for MCCBs in the chamber. Fixing all the measuring instruments, lamps, motor protection relay etc. at the metering chamber along with complete wiring through 2.5 sq. mm single core copper wire including providing and fixing of necessary ferrules etc. with repairing & realignment of panel door, locks of panel door & greasing of movable parts for smooth running. (MCCB will be provided by the department)
Testing and commissioning of the MCCB and installed equipment, as per required parameters with the relevant IS testing of the panel prior to switching on as follow :- i) Continuity and earth testing. ii) Meggaring of all equipment for phase to phase, neutral to body, neutral to earth and phase to earth. iii) Checking for all tightness of nut and bolts
