Repair and routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of Monarch make fully automatic electrical Dumbwaiter &Passenger Passenger lifts , capacity of lifts 272/250 KG with power operated door simplex collective control system to serve (G+5), upper floors- COY /69- 01 Nos & NDIC/99- 01 Nos including repair/replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door rope, door cards, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, control connector/ links, hall push buttons and its covers, welding of cracks/ broken any MS items/ parts, repair/ replacement (in case of unservicable) of door drive door safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact,shaft limit switches, COP buttons, car position indicator, car door sills and landing door sills, Fire alaram toggal switches,intercoms, smoke detactor, mainentance of VVVF drive and Auto Rescue Device, repairs of wiring & cables as per requirement for safe operation of lift, cabin fan, cabin light etc,complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge total Lifts -02 Nos. Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

All as per item No 1 above but Passenger lift (500)Kgs of MMER/70 -01 Nos lift at Naval dockyard (Total 01 No) Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

All as per item No 1 above but 08Ps (554)Kgs of M FAB/11-01 , wecors Phase-01 Nos , & PM Building -01 Nos to serve with (G+5) upper floors auto door at Naval dockyard (Total Lifts 03 No) Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

All as per item No 1 above but passenger lift (680)Kgs of wecors/54-01 Nos & MSTH/75-01Nos department to serve (G+2) & (G+M+1+2) upper floors with auto door in Steam test house centre 75 at Naval dockyard (Total Lift 02 Nos) Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

All as per item No 1 above but 13Ps (884)Kgs of MSYS/37-01 Nos, MESP/45-02 Nos , ARF Building-01 Nos, COY/69-02 Nos , ICE Hall MMER/70 -01 Nos, Wecors Phase-IV-01 Nos, PM Building-01 Nos lift to serve with (G+5) upper floors auto door at Naval dockyard (Total Lifts 09 Nos) Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

All as per item No 1 above but with auto door 16 passenger lift(1088) Kgs to serve (G+M+1+2) upper floors in MFAB/ DOM- 01 Nos , MDAG/32 -02 Nos , of department at Naval dockyard (Total Lift 03 No) Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

Alll as per item No 1 above but Goods lift(1000)Kgs to serve (G+M+1+2) upper floors with manually operated doors of MAST building of centre 43 -01 Nos at Naval dockyard (Total Lift 01 Nos) Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

Alll as per item No 1 above butt Goods lift(1500)Kgs to serve with (G+3) upper floors with auto door in MDAG/32-01 Nos, MBEF/40/41- 01, MESP/45-01 Nos, Wecor/ MCM-01 & QC/74 -01 of various centre of Goods lifts (1500 kg) at Naval dockyard (Total Lifts 05 No) Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

All as per item No 1 above but collapsible door Goods lifts (2000)Kgs to serve (G+M+1+2) upper floors in MAST/29- 01 Nos , CMS/27- 01 Nos , Mout/22- 01 Nos, Mout/25-01 Nos , MDDHP/20- 01 Nos , MFAB/12-01 Nos , MSYS/37-02 , MEPS/45-01 , MECE/47-02 Nos , WECORS Phase-I -01 Nos , ARF Building-01 Nos , MYAS/64- 01 Nos ,- MSYS/76 -01 Nos , & IRC /101 -01 Nos of various centre good lifts at Naval dockyard (Total Lifts 16 Nos) Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

All as per item No 1 above but with collapsible door Goods lift 3000 kgs capacity of MDAG/32, MFAB/11 , WECORS Phase IV, WECORS Phase -I & DGME Complex department (3000 kg) above department to serve (G+M+1+2) upper floor at Naval dockyard (Total Lifts 05 Nos). Note : - Annual inspection of lift shall be done by Lift Inspector, Payment shall be deemed to be included in the quoated rate .

Taking out of unserviceable governor steel wire rope after disconnecting. supply and fix new steel wire rope 8mm dia, 8/19 construction including necessary connection with pully in machine room and shaft pit complete with clamp, nut, bolt, washer, etc at Various Department of Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable hall push butten assembly with new hall push button assemblyand including control/electric connection complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with 7 segment LED display with LPI/ LPC card of stainless steel face plate to match with the existing card/ control system, including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface with masonry work to match with existing surface for Goods lift /Passenger lift at dockard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling and taking out of unservicable main steel wire rope after necessary disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supplying and fixing new main steel wire rope 13mm dia 8/19 construction including proper necessary connection with counter weight pulley and car cabin with clamps, bolts, washers, etc confirming to latest edition of IS in Passenger lift/ Goods lift of various department at Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Disconnecting and takingout unservicable emergency alarm system Complete S&F new emergency alarm system assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card battery backup battery charging unit and speaker including necessary control/electric connection wiring with COP and control panel at Central machine shope and various other lift of Naval dockyard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Replacement of car cabin fan from car cabin supply and fixing of new cabin fan non-oscillating type axial flow single speed 300mm sweep 240volts ISI mark with grill complete at D& G department and certain other lifts of Naval dockyard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way and supply & fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 16core flat/round type with multistranded copper conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 0.75Sqmm confirming to IS and including thimbless suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movements between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connectiion with Mid way junction and other connection required in circuit for passenger & Goods Lift of Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dissmantaling and Taking out all defective batteries from Existing ARD and supply and fixing new maintenance free batteries sutaible for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of 12V DC,17/18 AH(04nos batteries) for each ARD,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable COP assembly and supply,fixing and testing new car oprating panel assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position alaram non stop ,DOOR CLOSE ,DOOR OPEN CABIN FAN CABIN LIGHT stop attend out key etc in and including direction indicator with 7segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connecting with existing control and electric system for PM Building both lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable landing door supply and fixing new landing door comprise of 02 No power operated 900 mm centre opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 18 SWG with hair line finish, flush type panel complete with hangers, headers gate lock aluminium sill etc for 08/13 Ps lift of various Department of Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling and taking out U/S car door from car cabin supplying and fixing new car door comprises of 02 No power operated, 900 opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 18 SWG with hairline finish (N-304) flush type panels complete with removed headers, hangers, door drive unit with aluminium sill VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories control connection etc. for 08/13 Ps lift of various Department of Naval Dockyard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling existing cabin side panels and supply and fix side encosures on three side of cabin made from SS 304 grade sheet, 1.2 mm thick, hair line finish, and Stainless steel 1.2 mm thick sheet false ceiling with cut out for fan, fan grill, LED lights etc suitable lift cabin having 08 persons capacity, including safety instruction, Do & Dont board, emergency Numbers etc for as per existing width & depth Capacity 2000 Kg Goods lift, AUTO complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and taking out u/s old control panel and control wiring and Supply and fixng new control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compitable to 11 KW / 15.0 HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection including wiring of main motor with suitable size of standard copper cable etc. for C. No. 51 MWEA Dept Phase I Goods West Goods lift all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and taking out u/s old control panel and control wiring and Supply and fixng new control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compitable to 11 KW / 15.0 HP capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection including wiring of main motor with suitable size of standard copper cable etc. for 10/08 PS Auto door Passenger lift & Goods lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and fixng in repairs breaking resistor choke for 10 HP VFD and necessary wiring including MS box enclosures for C. No. 11 MFAB dept 08 Pass Auto door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and fixng in repairs breaking resistor choke for 15 HP VFD and necessary wiring including MS box enclosures for C. No. 51 MWEA Dept Phase I Goods West Goods lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Replacement of car/landing doors Iron Collapsible types manually operated, midbar pickel type with new rollers, bottom aluminium gibs, handle etc. painted black suitable for 2000/3000 Kg capacity Lifts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & Fix Pre-interlocking gate locks suitable for collapsible type landing doors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Replacement of existing unservicable shaft wiring in hoist way with new shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit switch with PVC insulated with multi standard copper conductor 0.75sqmm & 01 sqmm for earthing, 1100volts grade drawing through in and including galvanised sheet metal trunking (24Swg) up to ground floor in hoist way for control of all floor hall push button assy, limit switches, terminal switches, fireman switches etc complete all duly earthed at all points, suitable for Lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Complete removal of existing paint from MS landing/Car Collapsible door by paint removers or any other method and applying a coat of red oxide primer and 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint, on both side of landing door (outer side and inner side) of any size and capacity of lift colour black various lift of Naval dockyard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Complete removal of paint from lift Machine, gearbox, main traction pulley & MS landing door by paint removers or any other menthod and applying a coat of red oxide primer and 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint, on both side of landing door and Main machine of ,Gear box main traction pulley including I section beams colour black/blue complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Disconnecting & Taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing new main drive VVVF drive upto 7.5 KW/10.0 HP in 13/10/8 PS Auto door complete with all electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Disconnecting & Taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing new main drive VVVF drive upto 11.0 KW/15.0 HP in Goods/ Passenger lift Auto door complete with all electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Taking out existing fittings and in lieu Supply and fixng new LED light fittings, 3 Watt complete with and including LED, all accessories fixutres as approved by the GE.

Dismantling and taking out old architrave from landing door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Material & labour for 16-18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding with chamfered/rounded edges approved decorative design including necessery PCC work granite slab & jointing in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigement to match with shade of granite including 20mm thick cement 1:6 for lifts architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix MCCB of 4 pole, 40 Amps rating suitable for 415 Volts in the existing LT Panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.
