Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces even & fair smooth, using water proofing liquid compound and without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing admixture of make pidilite or its equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.
