Servicing, operation & comprehensive maintenance of following capacity Window/ Split Type AC units & Water Coolers of different makes including cleaning, washing from high pressure water spray electric machine, coil cleaning with van clean chemical and make system dry from air blower, oiling, greasing, dismantling/ re-installation of AC units including replacement of defective blower, indoor/ outdoor motor, compressor, PCB, plug top, remote, starting/ running capacitor, starting relay, thermostat, propeller fan, condenser coil, cooling coil, drain pipe, condenser motor, gun metal water tap, float valve, 3 core copper conductor cable, charging of refrigerant gas for the existing Window/Split Type AC/Water Cooler unit complete with testing and commissioning i/c credit for old dismantle material as per term & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and also as per inventory attached etc. as required. (a) Split AC/Window AC/Cassette AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR - 168 Nos.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Cooled HI Wall split type Air conditioners complete with Indoor unit (IDU), Out door unit (ODU), surface / concealed copper Refrigerant piping with insulation (closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular pipe section) upto 3 Mtr (IDU to ODU), copper power cable upto 3.5 Mtr (IDU to ODU) i/c drain pipe R-32/R-410/ R-407 Green Refrigerant, wireless Remote control, suitable for working between 180-260V with low & high voltage cut off and50 hz ,1 phase AC supply capable of performing cooling, dehumidification, air circulation of following capacity with Scroll /rotary compressor. The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42 Degree Celsius. Min 5 year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Must comply : Electrical cable IS694 or IS 9968 temperature sensing control IS/ International Electro technical Commission (IEC) 60730, hermetic compressor IS 10617, heat exchanger IS 11329, capacitor IS 2993 and motor IS 12615. Complete as per CPWD specification and IS :1391 Part II 2023. The system shall be able to operate up to 50 Degree C (out door ambient temperature). Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Window type Air conditioners complete with copper power cable upto 3 Mtr, wireless Remote, suitable for working between 180- 260V with low & high voltage cut off and 50 hz, 1 phase AC supply capable of performing, cooling, dehumidification, air circulation, R-32/R-410A /R-407B Green Refrigerant with Scroll/ rotary compressor with min 5 year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB), antifreeze thermostat on the coil as a safety feature, complete with fixing including T&P &labour etc. as required complete in all respect as specified of following capacity. Sound level of up to50dB inside the room is acceptable. The unit shall be in confirmation with IS 1391 Part-I 2023 and CPWD Specification. The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42 Degree Celsius. The system shall be able to operate upto 50 Degree C (out door ambient temperature). Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 KVA (170v-270v), copper wounded, wall mounted voltage stabilizer with LED display, surge indicator, automatic reset complete etc. as required.

Providing &Laying of refrigerant copper piping of size 1/4" or 3/8" & 5/8" diameter from indoor unit to outdoor unit of split type Air Conditioner unit along with 4 core 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable including 20 mm size of cotton thread ribbed PVC flexible pipe from drip tray of Air Conditioner unit to drain pipe along with necessary support complete etc all as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & drawing of 3x4 sqmm size of PVC insulated &pvc sheathed copper conductor round multicore flexible cable for indoor to outdoor and upto nearest power point i/c providing suitable copper lugs connection etc. as required.

Providing & fixing of 25 mm dia (SDR-13.5) UPVC heavy duty white colour drain pipe of with necessary fitting such as nipple, reducer, clamp on surface / recess i/c cutting the wall and making good the same complete as required.

Less for credit of following dismantle material under buyback arrangement etc. complete as required. 8.1) 1.5/2.0 TR Split Type AC
