Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kind of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing of 7 Mtrs long hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with base plate made in single section fitted with erection of the pole on provided RCC Foundation with galvanized nuts etc as required. The following specifications should be adhered for pole & accessories:- a) Pole Top dia - 70mm b) Pole Bottom dia - 130 mm c) Thickness of sheet - 3mm d) Galvanized Base plate of size - 220mm X 220 mm X 12 mm e) Set of foundation nut & bolts - 04 nos EN 8 grade galvanized 600 mm length be supplied with galvanized nuts, washers, spacer plate & fixing template. The pole shall be fixed using double nuts. f) The set of GS anchor plates having thickness 4mm should be provided at all the connecting joints for providing support. g) The galvanization should be more than 65 micron DFT both internally and externally and pole should be designed for at least 169 km/hour max wind speed i)The steel used for manufacturing pole should conform to BSEN 10025 GRADE S 355JO an S 226 / IS 2062.

Providing and erection of 7 mtr long PCC pole etc as required

Providing, laying, fixing and commissioning of overhead armoured 3.5 X 25 Sqmm cable on pole to pole arrangement complete with clamps, saddles, thimbles,, binding material and all required accessories including dressing, clamping, testing and commissioning as required at site. The cable shall be properly supported between pole to pole for safe and reliable operation during flood conditions complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing MS/galvanized D-clamp of approved design and size on existing octagonal s pole, made out of MS flat/angle/pipe as required, complete with necessary nuts, bolts, washers, rubber lining (if required), drilling of holes on pole (without damaging structural integrity), tightening, alignment, and proper fixing for mounting of electrical accessories/cables/brackets, including anti-corrosive treatment with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium/approved enamel paint or hot-dip galvanization, complete in all respects as per site requirement, direction of Engineer-in-Charge
