De-silting of sewer line 150/200mm dia with mechanical device like super sucker machine, high pressure jetting machine/gantry machine or any other mechanical device & cleaning site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from bathroom,EWC/IWC (any type), kitchen, WHB and urinals including connected Nahani traps / gully traps/floor traps, grating of trap, waste pipes, pipe in any length upto first manhole etc choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users,including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at a distance exceeding 50 metres from the building where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified andas directed .(a) Contractor must employ Minimum 3 Nos labourers daily deployed i.e. 1 No in Vijay vihar, 01 No in GRD and 1 No for NCC area, complete all as specified and as directed . (b) Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM except on Sunday/ National holidays in the office of Engineer-in-Charge/ Complaint cell to receive complaint slip and necessary directions. Complaints received through telephonic message from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge shall also be attended on the same day and the completion of work shall be reported by 05.00 PM of every working day to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (c) In case of non attedence of complaints against BOQ item 64 above by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint per day and for complaints against BOQ item 63 above, a penalty of Rs 100/- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor due complete all as specified and as directed . (d) The cost for all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, bleaching powder etc and all other other materials for execution of the work shall be included in the unit rate complete all as specified and as directed . (e) A complaint register shall be maintained by JE and proper record of complaints received and attended with date and time shall be recorded and shall be signed daily by both the parties. Complaint register shall be kept on record of Engineer-in-Charge after completion of work complete all as specified and as directed .

Cleaning of septic tanks / Manholes including bailing out water, from it and removing sludge and blockages from inlet and outlet of sewer lines including taking out the excavated sludge and carting away the same to a distance far away from residential/office area and cover the same with fresh earth and recommissioning the septic tank including site clearance to a distance of 3 Metre around septic tank complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity :- (a) For Manhole n. exc 1.50m deep.

(b) For Manhole exc 1.50m but n.exc 3m deep complete all as specified and directed at site.

(c) For septic tank of 25 to 50 user capacity complete all as specified and directed at site.

Dewatering of septic tank, sump wells including bailing out water, from it and removing sludge and blockages from inlet and outlet of sewer lines including taking out the excavated sludge and carting away the same to a distance far away from residential/office area and cover the same with fresh earth and recommissioning the same including site clearance to a distance of 3 metre around complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of soil pipe lines of any type of 100mm dia by roding from man hole to man hole cleaning eyes and flushing with water for the cleaning incl removal of sludge and re-setting of man holes cover complete all as specified and directed at site.

Ditto all as per item No 50 above but for 150mm dia pipecomplete all as specified and directed at site.

Ditto all as per item No 50 above but for 200mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed at site.

S&F in repair CP Grating 125 mm size complete all as specified and directed at site.
