M&L for 4mm thick E board classic, fibre base cement boards, embosed texture, fixed to aluminium snap grid (size of grid 605mm x 605mm) in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The aluminium snap grid frame work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 550mm or size as directed) laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm conforming to IS:3384 and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white gravel finish uniformaly embedded during manufacturing process. It shall be laid by torch application having side over lap 75 mm and at the end 100 mm, all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapet, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 cm and inserted inside the parapet in a groove to a depth of 65mm. The same shall be furnished by a membrane flashing. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown grade bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu.m per sq.m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for srl Item No 72 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. S&F as in repair street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.20m long, bent to shape at 120 degree angle from vertical fixed along pole with and dirlling holes including required number of clamp made out of Flat iron 25mm x 6mm with nuts, bolts ,washers etc. duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint including any addition / alteration (if required) for fixing street light complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 27145/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
