(a) Cleaning of dust, removal for all loose existing bituminous material manually with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface, removing of vegetation/plantaion with no loose material on surface (b) Repair all joints and cracks with highly elastic bituminous cold applied putty of tarplastic having penetration upto 8mm levelling of surface to give proper slope (after setting) with roof repair mortar i.e. cold applied Bituminous Mortar & cold emulsion cum waterproofing liquid, Created SSD condition on surface with water, prime the surface with liquid membrane waterproofing elastomeric monolithic acrylic emulsified water based bituminous coating with 200% elongation mixed with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @400gm per Sqm (As per Surface Conditions. (c) Apply first coat of Liquid Membrane Waterproofing Elastomeric Monolithic Acrylic Emulshified Water based Bituminous Coating having elongation 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412, having cracks bridging of 8mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50 mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation of water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm per Sqm, laying of Geotex of 45 GSM/ Fiber mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm & allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 Hrs. (d) Apply 2nd coat on poured first coat with consumption @700 gm per Sqm in opposite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller and allow it to dry for 10-12 Hrs. (e) Ensure final curing time of 36 Hrs before allowing/ carrying out any further work.

(f) Conduct ponding test after 7 days, continue curing of 14 days. (g) Apply two coats of UV Resistant Elastomeric Exterior Acrylic Weather resistant water proof coating having elongation of 300% confirming to ASTM-D-6083 for UV Protection of Bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic Emulsified Liquid Membrane to give life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight. Note:- (i) The Application of water proofing treatment will be executed by the authorised applicator only after necessary approval from GE. (ii) All Shifting/ removing of any wire/cable/AC unit/PVC/RCC Water tank of any capacity or other any object as per site requirement an re-fixing the same, if needed shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (iii) Removal of any loose/packed items such as mud phuska, terrace tiles, cement screed bed shall be removed and surface shall be made free from depressions before applying treatment to the roof. Quoted rates shall deemed to be included this fact into account and no extra payment shall be made on this account. (iv) Contractor shall verify availability of the materials in full qty from market before quoting the rates as no extension of time on this ground shall be granted. (v) All the sample/ make for water proofing material mentioned in item shall be got approved from the GE before procuring bulk quantity of material.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes (150mm dia pipe) for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching as required all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letter or figures (Building No) (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high complete all and the colour of paint and dimension of letter to be used as approved by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 18mm thick WPC(wood particle composit) sheet one side decoretive prelam sheet and other side wood nature colour for cupboard shutter of density 600 kg /Cbm bent 90° incl 100% termite/water proof, fire retradent, Eco friendly, and finish at all edges at level for making edges lipping using binding tape etc as in Kitchen cupboard, Cabinet etc. complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge and Manufacture's specification.
