Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in moorum including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting/filling with 8 to 12 Tonnes Power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300 mm thick mixing of Fly ash, Clinker & stone dust in proportion of 1:3:6 (i .e 10% Fly ash, 30% Clinker and 60% Stone dust) laid in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, laying, watering, ramming and compacting with vibratory roller to get min CBR value 8% and Dry density 97% placed at required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for three layers, 100 mm each & measured as one composite layer of 300 mm after rolling.

M&L for Soling 200 mm (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and considered to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for WBM 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in 02 layers (75 mm thick each layer) WBM, with coarse aggregates (granite trap of basalt type of aggregate) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with preparing unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for two layers, 75 mm thick each & measured as one composite layer of 150 mm after rolling.

M&L for applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam 75 mm thick over primed surface of road using paving bitumen any penetration, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less). Binder contents of premixed macadam shall be 4% by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 25 mm thick Mastic Asphalt consisting of an intimate homogenous mixture on mineral filler, well graded fine and coarse aggregate industrial graded 85/25 bitumen as per IS 73 of 2006 cooked at 170 degree C to 200 degrees, laid hot trowled and floated by means of wooden float laid over tack coat of VG 40 grade bitumen @ 5 kg/10 Sqm over prepared base, Bitumen Mastic after spreading and while still hot and in plastic condition shall spread over with bitumen precoated fine aggregate of size 20 mm @ 0.005 Cum per 10 Sqm mixed with 0.17 Kg per 10 Sqm of Industrial Bitumen grade 85/25 for anti skidding including all material, labour, tools and plants, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note : The rate quoted by the bidder is including tack coat @ 5 kg/10 Sqm.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying and Testing of Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2, laid and jointed with collars 600 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate bed to drain pipes including forming cradels for 600 mm bore NP2 pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) 100 mm thick Type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate used as in sub base floor/pavings and finishing cement concrete surface even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigments, complete all as specified and as directed.
