Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil etc complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick wall /concrete/stone masonry any thickness in cement mortar as in drain/compound wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes(Salt glazed stone ware,AC or Reinforced concrete) of150mm dia set in cement mortar all as specified.and as directed.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes(Salt glazed stone ware,AC or Reinforced concrete) of200mm dia set in cement mortar all as specified.and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced precast concrete manhole cover slab of any description and position including segregation of reinforcement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width, in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3;6 type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings,bed plate for angles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches 150mm dia and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in trenches 200mm dia and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete bed (1:3;6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides for 150 mm dia pipe after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete bed (1:3;6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides for 200 mm dia pipe after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and bindng with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 21 here in above but 6 to 8 mm dia

Cleaning of Man holes/chambers by removing muck/sludge/liquid mud etc ( in foul position) upto 1 Mtr depth including taking out manhole covers and refixing the same in position upto 1 Mtr depth of any size of Man holes all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 23.00 above but depth exceeding 1 Mtr and not exceeding 3 Mtr.

Taking out mud/soil etc from drains including removal of drain covers of any description(0.60mx1.00m) and re- fixing the covers in the same position and removal of the soil/mud to a distance exc 500m and not exc 1500mtr all as directed.

Clearing /clearing of 150/200mm bore sewer line under ground of any depth by removing any type of blockage including desilting,descaling and dechoking from drain mechanically with combined high pressurewater jeting cum suction(Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure water jetting,high pressure vacuum and provision of hydraulic appliction through high pressure thermoplastic fibre based water jetting hose and through conical round shape nozzles pipe and flushing after cleaning/clearing of sewage line.The entire sludge water shall be dispossed off out of Defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing labours for opening cover of manholes/gully trap/WHB/WC upto 1st manhole any dia and depth removing the sludge /soil content from the manholes/gully trap by mannual/mechanical method and cleaning the sewage lines and manholes any size and depth by water pressure,flushing with water or rodding and other suitable means at the descretion of the contractor at his own arrangement so as to remove the blockages and making the sewer lines and manholes/gully trap and any type sewage system related blockage and making fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and removing the sludge/solid contents outside defence land,repsitioning of the RCC/CI cover slab grating all as specified by the Engineer-in-charge in the area Note; Contractor shall deploy minimum 02 safaiwala for day to carry out daily complaints and other works for all the area i.e CMP,C&S,RMS, DCA COMPLEX,GTOC,GTE,VLO,SHO,AALC,NCC DTE,PGSGR,AGEE/M YARD, BSO YARD, Daily attendence register shall be maintained and in the absence of labour necessary compensation shall be recovered by the accepting officer.whose decision shall be final and binding.
